This paint covers well and is a bright Gold. I painted a black bolt head and left it to dry I was amazed at how gold it looks not bronze not coppery but Gold. There is one prerequisite to this and it is that you have to thoroughly stir the metallic sediment which settles in the pot. Use a small flat blade screwdriver and bring the stuff to the top and mix it in. I added 4 drops of white spirit and I turn the tin regularly. Brilliant paint!!! I bought it for lettering and painting details on black cast iron Gold!
