I think it's pathetic

I think it's pathetic. I've bought airtime from mpesa like three or 4 times now and I don't get the full airtime back..and it's not like I had any debt!

Prompt customer care response

I registered a complaint recently about my data bundles and safcom promptly got back to me both on email and calls to figure out the issue. We were able to amicably resolve the issue and they were kind enough to even give me compensatory data bundles.

Safaricom is one of the most innovative companies with an outstanding performance. Facilities like mpesa has revolutionized the money market segment in a way never seen before, It has a wonderful customer service that is available and reliable 24/7.

Safaricom is the best in Kenya

Safaricom is the best in Kenya, very reliable and even more better services. Internet bundles are very first and at affordable charges. I can only ask if you could increase the tubonge minutes eg Ksh 10 for 60 or more minutes for 24hrs. #Twaweza
