The drivers are great. The customer service is terrible. We had a shuttle drive past after waiting at the doc for about 40min. He must have it seen us with the sticker and drove past. Immediately called the station to ask for him to loop around. The woman we spoke to was unhelpful and rude. Called back and we got a gentlemen who said he would help and text the driver. When we called back to confirm 10min later we got the woman again who said “wait tor call a Lyft” and continued to be unhelpful and rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up. Called again and got another man also rude. When we told him we had been standing for an hour and just wanted to know what to do and if a driver had been contacted, he said “standing for an hour don’t lie” and hung up. If you are going to be in the service of people, then do your job cordially. It’s a service for a reason.

Safe cruise parking co..has just moved to a new indoor garage. Located at 189 NE 2 me St.Miami, to 33132. It is very close to there previous location.Make your reservation, go to garage, get ticket, keep that ticket safe. Do not lose that ticket. Park on any level. ( very secure garage). Go to east side of garage and receive shuttle information. Great family run business. Remember the shuttle sometimes gets backed up so Uber and Lift can get you to the port if you are in a rush. There price is good and the car is always safe.

Safe Cruise Parking: Very hard to find parking lot, myself and all separate parties state going around neighborhood three times before finding lot. Upon pick off of ship 25-30 persons waiting for over an hour, elderly were suffering in the hot sun. Some patrons could wait no longer and took a cab. Numerous phone calls to dispatch female and when asked for an ETA she would not give one, I asked if they had radios in vehicle, she said no but would be there SOON. Upon final arrival of transport, driver said it was not his fault because 3-4 of their vehicles were just grounded by the DOT for safety violations. All from that lot should be fired will never use park by the ports again as I read previous reviews and they have same complaints and you have failed to use due diligence to fix your problem. BE AWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU SAFETY IS IN DANGER.
