Hi Andrew,

Apologies if my reply below came across as passing the blame, but that was not the intention. I was simply suggesting to try using a different browser to place the order in the meantime to see if that could be the cause of the issue you were having while our web developers investigate the logs to see if there are any errors on our side.

Our developers are still currently investigating the action logs on our side so if there is an issue then this should hopefully be identified and resolved shortly.

Once again I am very sorry you experienced this issue while trying to place an order with us and I can assure you that any potential errors in our system will be identified and resolved asap.

Thank you very much for your feedback.

I am very sorry you were experiencing this issue with our website when trying to place an order. Unfortunately, the issue was not occurring on our side at all and we have had no other reports of this, so we have our development team currently looking into our system logs to work out what was causing the error for you.

Unfortunately, we do not take customer card details over the phone for security purposes so can only process card / Paypal payments online via our secure payment system.

As discussed earlier, the only other potential reason I can think of which may have been causing the issue is either an outdated browser version or something old being stuck in your cache files earlier. I would recommend trying to place the order using a different web browser if possible as that will ensure there are no old stored cache files affecting the checkout process.

I am sorry that we were unable to resolve the issue for you while you were on the phone earlier, but as the issue was not occurring on our side it required investigation from our web developers to see if it was a problem somewhere on our system.

Good morning Jeanette,

Thank you very much for your feedback.

I am very sorry that there has been an extensive delay on your order, this unfortunately is due to a severe components delay with the manufacturer.

Regarding your email to us at 8:23PM on the 8th January, our dispatch team did respond to you the following morning 11:43AM on 9th January to advise of a further delay on the items into February and asked if you would like to keep the order in place. I have forwarded this email to you again this morning for your reference.

We did not receive a response from you, so we have kept the order in place for the time being and should be fulfilling this for you in the next few days. Alternatively as advised in my email to you this morning, if you would prefer we can cancel the order for a full refund if you no longer require the items.

Once again, we do sincerely apologise for the extensive delay on your order, this has been caused by a components issue with the manufacturer which is out of our control, but we always strive to ensure our customers are kept up to date if there are any delays.

Please do get in touch with me if there is anything else we can do in the meantime.

Hi Dan,

Thank you for your feedback. I have had a look at your order details and can't see there were any issues with your order our end and cannot see any communications with you advising of any issues.

We have tried to reach out to you for further information, please can you contact us to advise what issues you had so we can hopefully resolve?
