Fantastic First Aid Training with Johnny
​I attended the first aid training session today and wanted to provide highly positive feedback for the instructor, Johnny.
​The entire session was absolutely fantastic. Johnny was incredibly efficient, ensuring that every key piece of information was covered thoroughly and professionally. His method of delivery was engaging, and he shared a wealth of practical, real-world knowledge that made the complex topics easy to understand and retain.
​Johnny's expertise and super-efficient approach made the day highly productive and enjoyable. This was one of the best training courses I have ever participated in, and I highly recommend Johnny as an instructor. That energy Jonny has loved it. Aeysha. course was in Ealing on 3/12/25

Richard James was very professional and knowledgeable. He delivered the course in a very relaxed atmosphere and with a wonderful sense of humour. He was able to relate to real life examples he had encountered which was so conducive to good learning and participation on our part. The whole class passed the course with flying colours which is such a good reflection on Richard. Thank you !

Jorge was a great trainer, really engaging and knowledgeable and explained all of the information and techniques in a way which was easy to pick up. He also eased my anxieties and despite some of the heavy topics, did a good job to keep things as light hearted as possible. Thank you Jorge! :)

What an enjoyable day! The instructor (John Marshall) was so upbeat & carried out the training in a professional but fun way. The importance of consent was drilled into us from the get-go, and he kept my attention so well I got full marks on the test! Great value for money and I learned a lot, including having previous assumptions corrected. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a brilliant experience with Safe Haven completing my first aid and forestry safety training this week. Our instructor Jo was superb. Highly experienced and very engaging throughout the day. Really enjoyed it and look forward to future courses.

I loved the informal set up of the course. I’ve done quite a few first aid courses and the teachers have been good but NOT as good as Aaron. He has so much experience which I feel is the fundamental difference. Not just reeling stuff from a book. He’s experienced first aid situations first hand. If you could pick someone to take your first aid course it would be this guy! I thoroughly enjoyed the day and we had a great interactive group. So glad I take these courses as I hope I won’t need to use it but it could save someone’s life one day. The whole procedure from my first email to booking was great and I received plenty of emails with info and reminders of the course. I would definitely recommend and use again! Thank you

Jo was very friendly and informative. The training day went really well, Jo helped to break any ice between the group as we were all strangers to each other. She helped us work together and was very informative when talking through all of the guidance.

Jo is a really nice and caring woman. she talked me through everything step by step when I was panicking about doing a practical in front of people. she boosted my confidence and made sure I was comfortable doing it.
