I've ordrered a couple of weeks ago, 2 half shirts for myself personally which includes personal branding, and it came better than I expected. I work in a restaurant and the responses were greatly positive so the other staff also requested for themselves.I have ordered again for them as I was satisfied the first time. Loved the design also the quality of clothing im happy with. This may become a long term thing for me, as I will try to keep all employees in the exact same uniform.

Bad news
Bad news. I would say stay away from. I ordered a couple of items . And they sent me the wrong colours and I wanted to return they were proper awkward and avoid to reply . At the end they refunded me a lot less than what I paid and they still haven’t resolved the issue . So never again

However, we would like to clarify a few points for accuracy.
We responded to every message you sent and remained in continuous communication throughout the entire process — from your initial colour query, to providing photo verification, reviewing the item with our manufacturer, and assisting with the return and refund. At no stage did we avoid replying or refuse help.
After reviewing the photos you provided and confirming details with our manufacturer, we verified that the correct item, colour and size selected at checkout were dispatched. The shade matched the approved specification for this product.
Regarding the refund, the full cost of the item was refunded in accordance with our returns policy. The delivery fee is paid directly to the courier for a service already completed, and therefore is non-refundable — this applies to all customers and is clearly stated in our policy.
We understand that the colour did not match the uniform required at your workplace, but this is not the same as receiving an incorrect item.
We always aim to provide transparent, fair and supportive service, and we are sorry that our efforts did not meet your expectations. If you believe any part of your order was processed incorrectly, we are happy to review it again.
