I severely burnt myself two days ago
I severely burnt myself two days ago. I used the burnstop dressing immediately after running cold water on my arm (we live remotely, if Id been near a hospital I would have gone, it is that bad). Within afew hours the burning had stopped and the doctor and pharmacians I have jus seen were amazed that Im not in pain. Brilliant product, thank you!

I can confirm the kit ordered does contain a small extinguisher which is of a higher value, and this is a contributing factor to the price charged for this item. We would like to assure you that we will raise the issue regarding the quality of this product with our Purchasing / Quality team to see if improvements can be made to this kit. Excellent Customer Service
Order arrived promptly, but with one missing item. A quick email to sales@ resulted in a quick response and the item being sent on. Excellent customer service.
