this company permanently close but online shops still grab you money and you will never receive items, be carefol !
“I was employed by GHC Global LTD/Safetyplus.co.uk /Stepahead/One lite.co.uk (UK)as a Remote Graphic Designer during Aug–Sept 2025. Unfortunately, my salary for August, 24 days of September, and my work expenses were not paid. My work was suddenly stopped without any termination notice.

I have purchased a pair of Himalaya boots, I am so dissapointed with my purchase, I can only blame myself! If the price is too good too be true, it usually is.
The boots were manufactured in India, but came to me via Finland apparently, then to England. WHY?
The quality is Shite, I expect the boots to last 2 months max.
I can't be bothered to raise a complaint, I expected far too much for my money, I only have myself to blame!
Would I buy again that is a big fat NO!
The price of the goods shown didn't include VAT and there was no indication of this until checkout.
The goods were shown as ‘In stock - ready to ship’ but two weeks after placing the order I hadn't had a delivery or any updates. When I enquired I was told that the item had to come from a factory in Finland which could take up 14 working days. The goods were ordered on the 18th June and were delivered on the 3rd of July.
I found out later that the same goods were being sold on another website at exactly the same price including VAT as Safetyplus were charging excluding VAT. Using the other website I could have saved myself just over £44.
I wonder if Safetyplus were showing their price excluding VAT for the their benefit on price comparison websites.
On the plus side, their customer service did get back to me very quickly when I asked about the slow delivery but there is something disingenuous about Safetyplus. I wouldn't use them again.
I do not recommend this company for purchases. After buying protective shoes, it turned out that they were too small. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact I was left with shoes for a lot of money. I do not recommend this company.
I recently bought a pair of Sievi Roller from the website and I'm extremely satisfied. The order arrived on time, the customer service was top notch-responsive, helpful and professional. I will highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and high quality footwear.
Just recived a new pair of safety boots from Sievi with boa sistem , witch unfortunately the boa sistem plastic clipping inside the boot wen sitting down on your nee can be unconfortable and be felt and they seem bigger then my other nr 10 boot.
Now this might not be that bad if you had the option to return but you might lose 50% of the total amount on fees or it can be replaced with something else if you sent them back to them on your money and also pay the curier on the replacement pair.
I would think twice before buying from here.
Did not ship my purchase and had to claim back my money from PayPal. I sent numerous emails and no response from them when I asked about my item. Do not order from this company. When I escalated this via PayPal I then receive an email from the company stating due to my cancellation they will issue a refund. Shocking service and took nearly 3 weeks to get my refund.
Order 2 pairs of gloves (Order #2682) which had a Royal Mail delivery option. Ordered on the 12/10/2024 with a 48hr delivery option, called them on the 18/10/24 to find out why my order hadn't shipped yet. They said they were just closing and to call back on Monday. They then called me back 5 mins later and said my order would be with me on Tuesday 22nd October. Item was then despatched on 21st October a whole 10 days AFTER they confirmed acceptance of my order. Shocking Service!
UPDATE: It's now the 23rd and still no sign of my order!!
