All you could ask for and more
The actual material was substantive and useful, and I feel like I genuinely learned a lot. While the timers and some of the (in my opinion) excessive focus on the alcohol/drugs portion felt like a bit much, I understand a lot of that is more so due to the state's rules themselves, and even with that I really had no problems. The availability of support, the ability to test it out before buying, refund it whenever, and retake it however many times were very nice to have regardless of use, and overall I couldn't really ask for more. And for a competitive price as well!

Overall, everything was straight forward and great. The best part is you can do the course at your own pace by taking breaks when you want and start back where you left off. Its a lifesaver if you have a busy schedule.

Interesting and educational course
Interesting and educational course. I learned some things and have a new awareness of safety (and of things I was doing like looking at my phone and getting distracted while driving). I liked the little quizzes that they dropped once in awhile, kept me on my toes. Also, the feature about airbags and their development was interesting.

The course was easy to follow
The course was easy to follow, and included all pertinent information regarding operating a motor vehicle in AZ.
I noted two typographical errors in the material. Unfortunately, I didn’t make a note of where they were; however, one was in a sub-heading and involved a conjunction, I believe. The other one was in the material explaining the proper use of child safety seats. I believe the material said “front facing” when it should have said “rear facing.”
Also, I would have liked to have had the opportunity to go back and re-read the material, particularly when taking a quiz, and even after completing the course. The objective is to educate the motorist, not confuse or frustrate him/her, so a back-button to previous material would prove beneficial.

Unfortunately, they’re mandated by the Arizona Supreme Court, which requires all approved defensive driving schools to include specific timers to meet course length and participation standards.
