There was excellent communication from Mark. The design team handled all the graphics from us sending a digital copy of a logo. The finished product was superb - and turned around in a week.

Our (Tynemouth Seal Hospital) experience couldn’t have been better! Very courteous, yet efficient, service from first contact via phone to receiving our two flags. The design process was very easy, and the communication with the office and their in-house designer were professional and pleasant. On top of that, we received the flags within just a few days. Top marks!

Sailflags deserve 5 stars as they were very helpful and easy to work with.
Unfortunately their delivery using DX Express left a lot to be desired.
The package was left at a cottage which has no permanent occupants. Not even a photo to give a hint as to where Rayyan the driver had abandoned it. If DX Express could send me a text before delivery, surely the driver had my number to ask directions.
We found the package 22 hours after he "delivered" it

An amazingly helpful company, can't fault them, the first time I used them was in 2013 for flags for my shop they worked really well pulled in so much more custom, I'm now a returning customer 2022 for renewal flags only, the display frame I recieved in 2013 that the flag hangs on are still going strong, can't stress enough the quality and service from them, the delivery company was brilliant as well, and all round exceptional service, a special thankyou to Russell.

First order and very impressed. High quality service. Speedy turnaround from first contact to flag delivery. Russell and Mark, the sales managers are super efficient and respond quickly to emails and questions. Also great advice from their in-house studio for artwork design. Overall will definitely order again if needed. Would recommend 100%.

Spoke to Sailflags on the Monday and had our custom branded flag on the Friday. Quality service and product! Always happy to support UK business and will certainly be using again in the future.
