Alles war seriös.
Ich habe etwas für mein Segelboot bei sailrace.com bestellt. Bezahlung per PayPal, die Ware kam 1 Woche später bei mir in Deutschland an. Es handelte sich um originale Produkte. Die Versandkosten nach Deutschland waren bei dem großen Paket gering. Allerdings habe ich die Ware wieder zurückgeschickt, weil ich es mir anders überlegt habe. Ich habe mein Geld wieder zurück bekommen. die 14 Tage Widerrufsfrist werden von sailrace.com eingehalten.

Order an item which the website said was in stock after waiting 10 days I then cancelled the item and asked for a refund. Immediately after asking for the refund they stopped answering my emails and didn't return the payment. So have had to dispute it with Mastercard.....do not use!!

If an item showed as “in stock” and then could not be dispatched, we should have proactively updated you, and if you cancelled, your refund should have been processed promptly. If you felt ignored and had to open a card dispute, we understand how frustrating that is.
