Kundenservice nicht zufriedenstellend

Ich versuche seit vier Wochen Kontakt aufzunehmen, da eine Strumpfhose kaputt ankam. Leider bekomme ich keine Antwort. Egal ob bei Instagram oder per Email. Nichts. Am 6.12. habe ich das erste Mal Fotos gesendet, dann zwei Wochen später bei Insta Kontakt aufgenommen... wieder per Mail... aber es kommt keine Antwort und ich habe eine kaputte Strumpfhose zuhause.

Horrible

Horrible. 385kr for one pair of tights. They are the worst most easily ripped tights i have ever worn. They can be only worn once and then they are ready for the garbage. I bought cheap 20kr tights on shein and they are genuinely 10 times better quality. Do not waste your money!

Produkte top, Rest noch ausbaufähig!

Ich wollte meiner Frau eine schöne Strumpfhose als Geschenk bestellen.
Sehr schöne Produkte. Leider stimmen die Lieferzeiten auf der Website nicht, und ich bekam auch vom Kundenservice viel zu spät eine Antwort. Da geht noch mehr!

Statement Tights nur von saint sass!

Ich bin seit 2022 großer saint sass Fan und trage nur (Statement) Tights von saint sass! Die Strumpfhosen sind in einer top Qualität gefertigt und halten seit Jahren; ich habe nahezu alle Statements und freue mich über jeden neuen Launch und auch weiter über neue Produktkategorien. Die Gründerinnen sind sehr sympathisch und die Marke liebe ich - bold, mutig, ein innovatives Produkt und starke Statements!

Nice products, bad customer service. Never again.

I ordered several products in October. It was a pre-order (new collection), so the products were delivered to me in the second half of November.

Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong product. A different type of bra than what I ordered. Okay, that can happen. But! I didn't receive any response to my email regarding the incorrectly delivered product, even after two emergencies. After 16 days (!!!) I wrote to them on Instagram, and only then did they start dealing with my order.

They immediately sent me the wrong product, which was delivered to me within a few days. However, I found it a bit inappropriate in this case to ask me to return the wrongly delivered product (at their expense). They sent me a label and I had to take the package to the post office. At least, they could sent a courier. But if I were a this eshop, I would have left the product to the customer as a gift for the problems they caused the customer. Or they could have at least sent some discount for the next purchase, whatever... I only received an apology. After 16 days of ignoring my emails and if I hadn't written to them on Instagram, they might still be ignoring them to this day.

I have shopped at this store before, but I didn't need to use customer service then.

This experience has completely disgusted me and I will never shop here again. If they can't answer emails, why don't they have more employees?

Idee Top- Material naja

Mega Idee, coole Designs- leider zu spät gekommen (dafür immerhin 10.-) erhalten und nach 1x Tragen eine riesen Laufmasche bereits beim anziehen (ziehen)… schade für diesen Preis.

Seit Wochen keine Rückmeldung

Es meldet sich seit Wochen leider niemand auf meine Nachricht zu einem Qualitätsmangel. Ich hatte die Marke für kundennah gehalten und war gewillt den hohen Preis zu zahlen. Heute denke ich mir, der hohe Preis bedeutet einfach mehr Gewinn. Wirklich schade.

Schlechte Qualität

Schlechte Qualität.
Ich habe 2 Strumpfhosen bestellt, und leider kann ich kein gutes Wort hier schreiben.
Direkt beim auspacken ist mir bei der einen aufgefallen ,dass die schon leichte Auffälligkeiten hat. Als ich diese anziehen wollte , direkt gerissen !
Ist mir bei einer von Calzedonia , h&m oder sogar dm oder so noch nie passiert. Und das für den Preis !
Einmal und nie nie wieder...

Poor quality, even worse customer support

The overall concept of this business is appealing; however, in practice it does not live up to the expectations or the hype.

The tights are marketed as being highly durable and resistant to tearing, which unfortunately was not my experience. My tights tore the very first time I put them on.

Sizing is another issue. With tights, sizing up is often necessary, but because the heel area is clearly defined, sizing up causes the heel to sit too high on the foot. This makes them awkward to wear and limits them to use with boots only.

The most frustrating part is the customer service. The brand advertises a 30-day replacement guarantee if the tights tear, which applied in my case. Despite sending three emails, I never received a response.

I would absolutely not recommend this brand. The tights are below average, overpriced for what they offer, and the customer service is unacceptable.

My tights were stolen and saint sass…

Update: Saint Sass got back to me, sent me new tights via USPS (so they were delivered securely) at no charge. Thank you for getting back to me and helping me! I love them! <3

My tights were stolen and saint sass never got back to me about it.

They were labeled as delivered and were taken from my doorstep. While that is not their fault I did want to know of they had any insurance on there deliveries or if they could atleast honor the black friday promo I got the tights under so I could buy replacements at the same price Nothing. They were quiet. I emailed 3 times very politely. I am disappointed, I was so excited to wear these tight. Sadly someone was unkind and broke the law but saint sass also didnt do a good job following up on my pain point.

Anyhow... very sad.

Stark, unkompliziert, Hingucker

Unkomplizierter Versand, direkt angezogen. Eine von dreien leider direkt kaputt gegangen, dafür unkomplizierter und sehr netter Kundenservice sowie sofortiger Ersatz bzw. Gutschrift (allerdings mit erneuten Versandkosten).
Davon Ersatz gekauft und restlos glücklich! Mit den SaintSass (definitiv ein Firmenname, den ich als gerne auch als eigenen Slogan tragen würde) - Strumpfhosen schreite jedes Mal selbstbewusster durch den Alltag - definitiv eine Weiterempfehlung!

Außergewöhnlich edle Qualität: Die Strumpfhosen haben ein luxuriöses Tragegefühl, perfekte Passform und eine sehr hochwertige Verarbeitung. Das Material ist fein, langlebig und behält auch nach mehreren Wäschen seine Eleganz. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität und Detail gelegt wird. Ich hatte die klassichen Modelle und bin sehr überzeugt. Die Größen fallen genauso aus wie beschrieben! (175m = L)

horrible customer service

horrible customer service. stockings had a pull in them (after the first and only time wearing them) within the guaranteed 30 day replacement allotment. followed website instructions and took a picture and sent to email address listed. have not heard back from anyone.

Would give two stars for the tights…

Would give two stars for the tights themselves but the pricing drops that further. The design is cool however the size, durability and price are not. Will never buy again as they get marks and lines even with gentle handling.

Le concept avec les messages apporte une petite douche originale.
