Scam, do not order. I bought a 600 euro dress from them. It was too small so I returned it right away, with all the tags and without any damage. Now they are claiming that the the returned dress has "significant staining" and are withholding both the dress and the money (they're asking for extra money to ship it back to me). Their support emails look AI generated and contain blatant hallucinations e.g. they mention attaching photos of the damage but no photos were actually attached.

This brand has become my go-to. The quality is amazing, and the service is always superb. Lisette is always so patient with all my quirky requests and I’m so grateful for it. Shopping with them is always such a joy!

Great advice and help from Lizette as I was not sure what size to order - I now have the most fabulous emerald green’Tabitha’ dress which is stunning and I can’t wait to wear it to a party in September 🥂

I contacted Saloni customer care team as I had been looking for a dress on the internet for about 2 weeks and could not find it anywhere, in any country!! Why did I never think of contacting them sooner???.

I was looking for a special dress for my son’s wedding and could not see anything I liked until I came across Solaniworld. I found the perfect dress at Solani but I am usually extremely reluctant of ordering a dress online especially as it was rather expensive. I was guided by a very kind sales lady called Lisette who patiently talked me out of my misgivings. I ordered my dress and it was more than perfect, the finish is just beautiful and I am really looking forward to wearing it soon. I’m so pleased I took the plunge!

I wanted to buy and try on 2 dresses from SALONI but was put-off by the previous reviews knowing that I would want to return at least one of them.. I got in touch with customer service by WhatsApp and email and had a reply from both within 24 hours. They reassured me that their returns service was robust and working. Reassured, I ordered the dresses and received them the following morning. Both absolutely gorgeous (they ARE expensive but well made and high quality in my opinion). I tried to return one of the dresses and panicked slightly when it said my order number was not recognised - however, I had been trying to use the international returns portal, and was again reassured by customer service. Using the returns code that was sent with the dresses was very easy and ultra efficient- the dress was picked-up next day by courier and I have received my refund within a week of returning. This company appears to be responsible and trustworthy (just don’t expect them to refund you if you have worn or damaged their goods!!!). Highly recommended.

Beautiful clothes, mediocre customer service, very slow shipping (time until dispatch, not shipping time after dispatch).

Do not buy from Saloni or try to return as they will try scam you and not refund you. I have emailed multiple times and they are not responding to refund me. They said they will take 20% of the dress which was £438 to cover dry cleaning. £88 for dry cleaning!!! Even still they haven't refunded me the rest of the money and are ignoring my emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID
