Be careful when you’re ordering with salt lab my first order said it didn’t go through so I ordered again and now I have two orders and they refused to cancel one 😕

Terrible experience with customer service. I’ve placed an order after I’ve seen adds pop up on my social media. Unfortunately I never received the item. After I’ve contacted customer service they were extremely rude and after a few emails back and forth they had the audacity to tell me they can send me a replacement but I need to pay for shipping again. And that it was my fault that I didn’t pay for shipping insurance.
There are a lot of magnesium oils on the market so good luck to this company to try and survive in today’s economy. Because of their terrible service they will go down fast .

Will not buy from this company again. I made an order while there was a special going. A free refill with the purchase. I did not receive this free refill. I contacted the company with PROOF of what the free item was. They had the audacity to tell me there wasn’t a free item on my order. Even though I had just given them proof. They also stated that because I used a discount code I wasn’t entitled to the free gift, but no where does it say this on their website. If you would have done the right thing by me, this review wouldn’t have gone up. Bad reviews go a long way, and so does decent customer service. You could have had a customer that would have come back, but apparently that isn’t important. As long as you make a buck off your customers, that’s all that matters to you.

Absolutely fantastic product!! Ever since using the spray on my 4 year old, she has had no more night terrors and is actually sleeping through the night, sometimes one wake up! Before using this, I was awake with her most nights with terrors & just not sleeping properly! Thank you salt lab!!

I have battled to get my two busy boys (6 & 3) to sleep since they were born. I thought I had tried it all including a nightly Epsom salt bath, melatonin gummies, weighted blankets - you name it! But they still fidgeted for hours before falling asleep and would wake in the night repeatedly. Literally 3 days of spraying their feet and they tell me they are tired and WANT to go to bed and then fall asleep immediately and sleep through the night!! Hallelujah!!! It does itch/burn if sprayed on their legs at this stage so stick to the feet for a while. I highly reccomend!!!

I have been emailing this company in regards to doses especially for young babies. They continued to answer my emails but not actually answer the question.

Their doses they recommend are not safe on children. I have found a number peer reviews for medical journals and the MAX daily dose is less then a quarter of the strength they are suggesting.

Please be careful before giving this to your children. High doses have severe side effects.

I bought the magnesium oil rest and Recharge spray which guaranteed better sleep and I am extremely disappointed in it. I have used it religiously for a few months and it has not helped me relax and has not improved my sleep in anyway at all. I believe it is a waste of money, and I bought two bottles of it. I had heard and read rave reviews and it does not live up to the hype.

Brilliant product! I use this on the soles of my feet and stomach to help with a good night sleep.

Great product!! I use the spray every night! Would highly recommend to help ease sore muscles, and aid with sleep!

Fantastic product! I've been using the oil the last few nights on my calves, traps and neck and have really noticed a fantastic difference. My sleep has improved significantly as well.

This is my first bottle of magnesium spray and I'm currently 30weeks pregnant. It helped with my back pain after the first spray! My mum also suffers from arthritis in he fingers. I gave her the spray to try and she now swears by it! Thank you Salt Lab

You were very quick from when i placed my order to receiving my order. You let me know tracking numbers. So i could see what was happening every step of the way. I used my spray when i received it Friday and have used it every night My mussels feel amazing. I wake up feeling refreshed. Thanks for making such a great product. Julie Blake

Amazing! My husband has had on going pain in his forearm from over use at work, as soon as my magnesium spray arrived he sprayed it on (few sprays) and the pain was significantly better! Not completely gone but huge improvement. Hubby was sceptical at first but is now converted. Will definitely be getting more!
