I went into the Saltrock shop looking for socks to keep my very cold feet warm. I was lucky to be served by a lovely young lady with the same problem who recommended which socks kept her feet warm. Taking her advice I left with quite a few pairs of socks. Yes they do keep my feet warm & I would recommend them. I got a good Black Friday deal but even at the full price they are good value & worth every penny to have warm feet. I will definitely buy Saltrock socks again

I’d like to say how amazing the staff at Lakeside Doncaster store are. It’s a breathe of fresh air walking into a shop where the staff are nice and helpful and quite clearly enjoy their jobs.

It’s become our whole families favourite shop.

The staff in the store were very helpful happy and pleasant.Also cared for our bag so we could collect a while later helping our outing to be easier by not having to go back to car avoiding carrying and struggling.They even offered to help carry the bag to our car.It was a bonus that the items we purchased were discounted so happy days.

Just popped in for a look around the shop in Lakeside Doncaster - found a lovely tee shirt which we purchased, also inquired about a jacket but unfortunately didn't have the size we wanted in stock - the assistant was really helpful stating they would be having a delivery later in the week covering a wide range of sizes.

I called into the shop at Doncaster to choose a hoody but couldn't take it immediately so the lady put it safely in the back for me to collect later.
She showed courtesy and professionalism in the way that she greeted me on my return.
I will definitely shop there again.

Doncaster store at Lakeside, if it was for your assistants professional but friendly attitude and approach I would never have bought my dry-robe style coat and daughters towel robe. He was polite and informative without being oushy and the assistant that checked me out lovely and chatty whilst being effective and efficient. Both a credit, and the store was immaculate and well presented. Def be shopping g at this branch agai and soon.
