I wanted to share my honest experience with Sambboho dog collars and belts to help other customers make an informed decision.

I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first about buying a beaded dog collar, but they completely exceeded my expectations. The customer service, or more specifically the sales support, went above and beyond to accommodate a special request I had. I wanted to change some of the bead colors on a collar, and they actually provided multiple renderings so I could visualize the different options. In the end, I even switched to a color they recommended, which turned out to be a much better match.

I also ordered a belt where I requested custom initials, including one letter intentionally reversed. Once again, they fulfilled my request perfectly and at no extra cost.

When the belt arrived, I realized I had forgotten to mention that the snap buckle needed to be attached in a specific orientation, which made the design appear upside down. Even though this was entirely my mistake, Sambboho kindly offered to remake the belt for me.

I really appreciate the level of care, flexibility, and attention to detail they put into their work.

What I really loved was the customer service- My dog chewed his collar that i had left in his crate and they were very kind to send me a replacement. Thank you to Ash who helped with this. Beautiful collar and patterns.
