Just wondering if you can use this on horses? If so what’s the recommended dose for capsules? Also can it be used with an antibiotic?

Priduct delivery in one batch please
I remember last time I had provided a review of my order experience, hoping that each of my future orders would be delivered in one go instead of in two batches. This time the product of my order has been delivered again in two batches. I feel very disappointed as my previous review/request has not been taken into account. So what is the point to waste my time in writing a review of my order experience for you.

Hi Yuet! Thank you again for your feedback. All the shipping of our products is done via Amazon and we do not do the shipping ourselves. Amazon is an immensely big logistical company and sometimes they do not have enough of our products in stock in the same warehouse to complete the entire order in one shipment. They will then ship the remainder of the order from another warehouse, so as to not keep the customer waiting for their order. This is also not our preferred course of action, but a logistical reality dealing with a huge company like Amazon. We hope for your understanding. Thank you.
There is no customer service for this…
There is no customer service for this company. I had a problem with receiving a damaged product. They don’t answer the phone and never responded to my email. It makes me nervous dealing with a company that has no customer service. If they have no customer service, how’s the quality control on their products that we are putting in our bodies?

The person in charge of customer support, while initially doing a great job, started to skip customer emails more often and we only found out afterwards. That person does not work for us anymore and we strive to do better with our new team member in charge of customer support. We will always provide a response to emails sent to us in at most 24 hours. To be honest!
To be honest, I have not used this product as of yet because I have it in storage but, I do have a "Trusted" user of the products from Samsaraherbs on an almost daily basis becuase of his "Off Grid " lifestyle as a nomad in the high desert of New Mexico.

Your product is awesome but I dont like…
Your product is awesome but I dont like the packaging. The bottom fold makes it difficult to get the powder out with the scoop. The top closure strip was not pushed together and when I cut the top off the bag the powder spilled all over. Except for the packing the product is great.

Samsara is keeping up with studies supporting the effectiveness of specific herbs in treating various tick borne infections. Note if they could have there products certified as not containing toxins or heavy metals, that would be amazing

We do have our products third party tested in the USA to make sure it lives up to the highest quality standards. This includes; microbiological testing to ensure the product is not contaminated in any way and is clean. As well as confirming the product ID matches the batch we receive so as to ensure we sell you exactly what we list.

I have called and e-mail customer service several times
I have called and e-mail customer service regarding an order not being sent to the address. I tried to contact them the second the order went thru and several times over the course of the following week. This was around 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a response. Good customer service is the only meter by which I will turn into a recurring customer. Unfortunately, this can't be the case for Samsara Herbs.
