SAMS CRM has been essential to our workflow since 2020
We have been using SAMS CRM since December 2020, and it has become an essential part of our student recruitment operation.
From onboarding a student through every stage of the journey right up to enrolment, the platform keeps everything organised and easy to manage. It offers a wide range of features and functionalities that genuinely make day-to-day work smoother, helping our team maintain a high standard of service while efficiently managing a large volume of students.
Overall, SAMS CRM has made our process far more structured and streamlined, and I’d confidently recommend it to other education and recruitment teams looking for a reliable CRM to manage the full student lifecycle.

Practicality

We have been using SAMS CRM for 3 years and it has been nothing but fantastic. As an agent the CRM has streamlined our process improving performance and saving time and cost's.

SAMS CRM has made a real difference
SAMS CRM has made a real difference to our student recruitment process. It is easy to use, intuitive, and helps us manage applications much more efficiently. The support the team provide is fantastic; they are always responsive and helpful. One of the key benefits I love is how it supports compliance with the UK Agent Quality Framework, promoting ethical agent practices and competency. I highly recommend SAMS CRM to any agency; it will streamline recruitment and admissions processes while maintaining high standards.
