Bryce Robinson, excellent customer service

Worked with Bryce Robinson to get past a glitch in his order system. It took some trying on his part and patience on mine. After some time, things worked and I was able to place an order. Shipping was prompt and trackable. The product quality is excellent. A win-win after a bit of patience.

Not really worth it

The pictures are mildly misleading. The mouth piece is HUGE, the nail is tiny! So tiny I melted the silicon trying to heat it up. I also was led to believe in the initial transaction on the site that my custom fees were included in the total. Nope. While they do list an accurate price, and make it look included, you actually have to log into the shippers website and pay it separately which caused a 3 day delay because I was unaware.
It is a silicone bong, was the right colour, but for the price I have to go pay for a proper nail I wouldn't have bothered. Definitely not worth the $200 total price tag and a week and a half waiting

First order with the company was good

First order with the company was good, however this second time around has been really bad. I put in an order Friday (8/28). On Monday (8/31) I contacted customer services to see the status and they notified me it was already sent to the fulfillment center to be shipped. Now it's the end of the day on Tuesday (9/1) and nothing has happened since.

I live on the East coast and Samurai Blaze operates very close to me. Now on Monday, I ordered some ejuice from a company all the way out in California and they have already shipped it out to me today! Not sure what the problem is with this companies shipping logistics. All other companies I've tried, and i've tried ALOT, have shipped the product out within 1-2 days of ordering. I'm coming up on five days since ordering and nothing has happened!

(Edit) Gave them back the other 3 stars due to the prompt reply from customer service. I'm glad they actively read trustpilot reviews and work with the customers to fix the issue!

Hey John, I understand your frustration. We utilize 3PL fulfillment centers that operate on an order cue. Even though we are East Coast base, most of our products are shipped from Texas, Nevada and Florida. They are also shipped in cue unless an expedited shipping label is purchased. Our standard free shipping can take a little longer than 2 days depending on amount of orders. I've asked our guys to put a rush on it and I've upgraded your Banger to a our Thermal glass.

dynavap

Haven’t received order yet, but did reach out to them to inquire in delay (nothing moved on my order for 8-9 days). I emailed them and they did answer the following day and was able to put it through.

Interesting, my order was for dynavap accessories, the representative who emailed back stated that the site funnels dynavap orders over to dynavap directly.

See what happens.

Updated review from 2 to 4. Dynavap threw in a BB3 for the delay. Pretty cool. (FYI to shipping, BB3 barely arrived in packaging because the the little doob tubes you're using are opening up. The little one for the cap was ok, but the bb3 tube was undone and the glass was halfway out.)

Cancelled order, slow response

My order's been cancelled without a good reason. For now they are not shipping an ordered products to my country. Although an address form allows it. Communication with the seller is slow.

As I was trying to explain in our email, it's not only your address in Poland, but your Credit Card that is alerting us to fraud. We have a right to cancel orders that we cannot process. I'm sorry if you feel we are being unfair, but we simply can't take the risk. Again, I apologize for the slow response, we are doing the best we can to answer every email as they come in.

Feel free to message me if you'd like to discuss this further. I'd be happy to help you find a vendor that is capable of shipping to your location in Poland. I can also send you the Credit Card alert mentioning the fraud issue, as you will need to fix this before you're able to order elsewhere online.

Website inventory is off... just another shoppify drop shipper who will spam your email. look elsewhere. Also didnt ever get my 10% off my first purchase.

I apologize man, this COVID stuff has impacted all of our suppliers and has resulted in low and out-of-stock inventory for some products. We are aware of this issue, however, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer.

I can assure you and whomever reads this, we do not spam, and if you do receive an automated email after your order, feel free to click "unsubscribe" at the bottom to no longer receive them.

Bryce from Samurai Blaze was able to help in getting a great pipe for me, the shipment came fast and the quality of the pipe was great. Some of the intricate designs on the pipe are a little brittle but it looks great. Only thing from being 5 stars was the availability of some items. Tried to purchase some other products but a lot was out of stock so the online website needs to be a little better with showing current inventory.
