I recently made a purchase from S&R, and the process was quick and easy, with the team very easy to reach. My only criticism is the packaging. The item arrived in a standard box with no ribbon or gift card, and the only message was handwritten on an envelope. For a gift at this price, I would have expected some form of gift wrapping or a proper card.
