Absolutely gutted. Spent £83 on trainers. They arrived. Not real and not size 6. Said no refunds. Scammers

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! I have ordered trainers off here and had to contact them several times to track my order and when they arrived they are replicas. They will not give a full refund, and they are definitely not based in London.

Ordered trainers well over a month ago. After a few messages, I received them today. They are fake and not a size 6. This company are advertising that they are from Covent Garden, London. It's seems they are scammers from China.

Rachel the ladies behind the emails has thob me off for over a month. I would appreciate a full refund

Purchased trainers as a present for Xmas, ordered November, arrived in January

There also fakes- asked for refund and they said , 60% restock fee and I must pay for delivery

I said ok, but no response from the in 3 months

I bought apair of trainers for a birthday present came 2 weeks later even though 3 days delivery so tried to return because they arrived to late!! Now ignoring me !!!Do Not order anything off this website they have ignored 30 messages off me for the last 2 weeks absolutely disgusting they don't give refunds either...

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. The New Balance trainers 9060s are fake and look it. I ordered a 4.5 and they are far too small, definitely the incorrect size. Tried to get a refund but they won’t offer a complete one. Absolutely shocking. Do not order from them.

This company is miss selling products I recently purchased the Elegant Tailored Blazer Midi Dress for £48.

IT IS A TERRIBLE product and I would discourage anybody purchasing items from this site.

The quality is simply dreadful and quite honestly the product must have cost less than £5 to make.

Quality would be better at a standard street market, the cut of the dress is not as advertised as the one is in the site.

I tried to complete a return but they want 30% restocking fee.

Don’t bother with this one much better companies out there!!

False Trust pilot reviews from this company. It's not based in London or the USA, it's based in China. Quality is absolutely appalling. Shoes came without a box and looks nothing like the picture. I don't even want a refund, I threw the items straight in the bin. Shocking quality and false advertising!!! 0 stars if I could!!!

I purchased from this company based on their advertised Trustpilot reviews. It appears these reviews are false as they are not even registered on Trustpilot. The garment eventually delivered was completely the wrong and poor quality. Email is the only contact they offer and all my attempts just get returned. Beware!
