Don’t waste your time ordered 4 January nothing received had 1 email reply from Fernanda stating they have a changed warehouses

Arrived way too late. When I tried to cancel the order because I had to buy elsewhere due to the delay, there was no customer support and it arrived anyway. I was told to return the product at my own expense. Shocking customer service - would never order from Santafixie again

Don't bother ordering from Santafixie
I have ordered twice from Santafixie, and the first time, delivery took far longer than what was indicated on the website. I ordered again to give it another chance, maybe I was just unlucky. However I will not be ordering from them again. I placed my order over 6 weeks ago, and still have not received my it.

Items ordered, money taken but nothing delivered. No contact made and I had to reach out to ask for my money back. Took 5 days for them to respond to my request. Product never received.

Waited a month for parts to arrive and still waiting, will not be using this company again, I have had two customers bikes in my workshop now for a month waiting on parts from this company, giving me a bad name, now trying to get a refund or replacement parts sent to me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful service. 4-5 days delivery turned into 3 weeks before dispatch and then another week for it to be delivered to the wrong address. Evasive communication and 2 months later still no refund made, instead still suggesting I try and locate the delivery. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from Santa Fixie.

Good: The items were exactly as described and at a great price.
Not so good: A little slow to process and as they come from Spain, allow time (at least a week) to arrive with limited tracking info.

Good pricing and goods arrived fine but the quoted 3-4 day delivery time turned out to be 16 days. Customer service was useless when I chased for progress updates. For the few £ saving I think I’ll shop elsewhere in future.

Placed the order and it has to be cancelled. Still waiting for my money back.

I have not received my order and they have Santfixie have not responded to my emails. Goods were meant to be sent within 3 - 5 day and I ordered the e-pump on the 24/11/25. I’ve emailed them, nothing but the thing that has made me even more furious is that they’ve asked me to rate and review their service. So annoying- would not recommend.

Placed an order. They didn’t dispatch it for 12 days! I had to contact them multiple times and had no response. Eventually they refunded me with no explanation. So I didn’t get the product I wanted and wasted loads of time. Don’t bother, there are better businesses elsewhere selling the same products

Customer service was excellent I was probably a bit of a nuisance but they were super friendly and efficient
The frame and forks were well packed and good quality at an excellent price
Frame arrived as per their delivery date

Absolutely no problems, ordered, dispatched quickly, delivery was reasonable from Spain to England. Tracking supplied so was able to track parcel. Well packaged and exactly what I needed. I’m a happy customer

Really poor service, I ordered a bag, nothing arrived for two weeks. I tried calling there's no humans just chat bots absolutely rubbish, then said that the could supply the product that they advertised. Then the said they would refund me still nothing after two weeks. BE WARNED STAY AWAY

Wish I could put less than 1 star. Terrible company. Firstly I ordered a part for my sons bike in August 2025. Took a while to come as coming from Spain. The part didn't fit, then realised they sent the wrong part. They said they had a issue on their site. I believe I've had to email them over 50 times to try sort a refund. Their customer service is ridiculous. Finally they got parcel force to come and collect the part (UK GLS) I've been tracking it's return. They've had it for weeks. Now they aren't replying to my emails and looks like I won't get my refund! All they do is palm you off for weeks on end.

Great company to deal with, had the pedals I needed
at great price, arrived super quick, cannot fault this operation.
Recommend them, will definitely be using them again when I need other parts etc.

I ordered something for my son and after trying to track it I have given up , there’s no response from them when you email , really bad experience and as far as I can tell they are thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. I wish I hadn’t!!!
They won’t even reply to your emails.. disgusting behaviour, they should be shut down.

Pricing, description, quality etc. all good. Delivery pretty slow but now I know that when I use them again I’ll be aware.
