Trish was very helpful and listened to what I needed. She asked lots of questions in order to get the right product for me, gave me options, had follow up calls to explain different packages. She made it very simple and easy to do and to top it all off was genuinely a very nice and friendly person. Her focus was to understand her customer rather that just sell any product. Would highly recommend the Sante Group.

Having read through the Trustpilot reviews prior to engaging with Nugent Sante, I was hopeful that I would receive the same great service.

I was not disappointed!

Having had a really bad experience with our previous healthcare provider (which left me no option but to terminate due to breach of contract), Barbara was incredibly empathetic and helpful in assisting me choose a new tailored service for our team.

She was so patient as at one point (after all her hard work) we may not have been able to get out of our 5 year contract with our previous provider but she remained helpful and supportive in the background, never pushy to take the service which I really appreciated.

We have finally (!) taken the My Sante app which is fantastic value for an SME as it is affordable and has so many great features on there for our team to use and these are being improved all the time with additional features etc.

I now have a great relationship with Barbara, she is very responsive and it is always great to catch up with her on a call, I cannot recommend this service enough, thanks Barbara it is a pleasure adding you as a provider to our business! 😊.
