It’s a scam unfortunately.
Received a dress that looked nothing like the one I ordered. Really poor quality with a bunched up hem and totally different to design to what was pictured.
Contacted them and was told I can’t get a refund as, they just gave me a discount towards my next purchase.
Needless to say there won’t be any more purchases.
Do not buy from them this is clearly a scam company with fancy Instagram advertising!

Took over 3 weeks for delivery & dress doesn’t fit. No way of processing return online you have to email so they can send you a return form, have emailed several times to do this and they will not send a return form for me to send this back.

DO NOT BUY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOOK MY MONEY OVER 3 MONTHS AGO HAVENT HAD ANY DRESS SENT AND IGNORING ALL MY MESSAGES

Literally awful . They took nearly 2 months to arrive , and only half of my order came . Luckily i paid on my credit card so got a full refund .

Do not order from this company. The good come from China. They took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered. The dress and jumpsuit I ordered turned up like screwed up disrags. Nothing like the website. They do not offered refunds. Avoid this company.

This website is a scam. My tracking was stuck on the “order received” step for two weeks after ordering, and when I contacted their customer service I got a very vague reply a few days later. But still, the tracking never updated and my order never arrived. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and thankfully got my money back; but then the customer service emailed ME asking me to contact my bank and reverse the chargeback because my “order will be delivered soon” (yet the tracking shows it still hasn’t been shipped). Do NOT waste your money and time here.

Doesn’t even warrant 1 star … dress is nothing like picture and they don’t even respond to you for return. Stay clear

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!! Ordered never arrived, I even had emails saying after complaining saying it would come and to ignore the trust pilot reviews but one month later still no dress AVOID THIS SITE!!!!

It’s a scam, they take your money and don’t respond. Customer service is not real either!! You won’t receive anything from this site!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Paid $67 for a dress that I never received. Sent company an email and they never got back to me. I’m out the money and no dress for my daughter for graduation. Don’t buy from this company! They steal your money!

I regret I should have come to read their reviews here first without even thinking I bought 1 dress for my signing ceremony coz I saw it’s delivery was about a week I ordered it on may 11 and still hasn’t arrived when I emailed them saying I feel like you are not legit than they replied me not blah blah blah .. and now they are showing it’s been delivered and when I went to check the delivery shop there isn’t the package and contacted evri and them but not got any response yet. And waisted my money. Big scammers

Purchased a dress then realised the reviews and that it was a scam website .
Didn’t expect the dress to come but it did - it was not the dress in the photo but a poor quality dupe version . The clothes in the pictures are not what you will receive

This company is a complete sham and will steal your money. I ordered a dress 5 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived and the tracking shows it hasn’t even left the warehouse. Do not buy from here- they will take your money and you will have no dress.

Do NOT buy from here!! Daughter bought dress for a school ball from her pocket money. It took so long to come she had to buy from elsewhere. When came was awful quality and had another dress by that time so asked for returns label. Company won’t send returns label after continuous emailing them. They have basically stole my daughter’s pocket money. Disgusting!!!!! Customer service are now ignoring me! Impossible to return the horrendous poor quality dress that was sent! Joke of a company!!!! Taking this further through legal channels.

This is a scam company, it's a fake website promising quality but delivering cheap clothing from china, Their onsite reviews are fake and the T's and C's are illegal. Please report them to trading standards. I am claiming my lost funds back through my bank.

Would give zero if possible. The customer service is disgusting. My dress arrived with what looked like blood stains on it and it was wet!!!! Return was denied and then I was offered 20% refund as a ‘gesture of good will’. Waste of money and time. Cannot believe they won’t just refund a return.

Scam website.
The item never arrive. The tracking number was fake.
I just dispute the charge.
