I am definitely enjoying this journey, it took me sometime to enroll for this wonderful discussion, where the Scrum is explained so positively that the energy gets transformed to you, which is myself. I am confident that I am going to be part of Hall of Fame very soon and share my experience. Many thanks to Sapana again for changing our lives !

Being a non-IT professional, I was in a self-doubt that whether I will be successful in the Scrum Master role or not. However, after joining Scrum Master Mastermind program I acquired practical experience of Scrum framework and got an opportunity of Scrum Master within 4 months. I achieved my goal by following the SMM training program with proper guidance, dedication, and continuous learning. Special thanks to Sapana for playing a vital role as trainer/coach/mentor in achieving our goal through SMM program. Kudos!!!

Sapna is been amazing in creating the content ,taking sessions, giving us extra time in answering all the questions asked .she makes sue the complete class has the attention and whatever new is utilised even that she shares the knowledge. I am glad I did joined her classes and gained knowledge. I did crack interviews after her sessions.Being a women,working mother she sets an amazing example to all the women around and motivates a lot.Thanks a lot sapna.

Generally we thought of scrum in terms of various metrices, charts etc. Generally we use to fail or pass the sprint in terms of numbers, but here i come to know that there is more than that into it , Thanks Sapana for getting us deep into the insights of scrum processes, values, agile principles and mindset.

The journey of 2and half months was really good. Sapana classes were really good. It helped me to become Scrum master from novice.

Very Good mentoring. Its a must to join this if you want to excel in your career as A scrum master. She is very good mentor. I have learned a lot from these sessions and would continue my learning journey more.

I have started joining Sapana's practical sessions right after the bootcamp session. Now I am almost at the end and I have to say that each and every session is very informative for aspiring Scrum Master or those who are working as SM. There are content along with real time examples, role plays would make us more confident and influence to learn more.

I have completed all recordings of scrum master blueprint and learned a lot. Will continue my learnings and whenever I will get stuck in any scrum concepts will refer this blueprint. Each concept very well explained with examples. I like that "Scrum in a Nutshell" image. Thinking to take a print of it and will stick it to my workplace desk.

My name is Megha.Iam working as software testing engineer in my present company. I wanted to change my career, but not knowing into which field. When I heard about Sapana for the first time in social media, I decided to join the course, and it is truly amazing and worth to attend Sapana's sessions. As a new member I was totally blank about Scrum Master. Sapana's motivation gave me the confidence.
Practical sessions, interview sessions different tools and team interactions are really helpful to gain the practical knowledge about Scrum. I have got the Certificate of scrum community after completing the assignments. With this knowledge I am trying to achieve scrum role in my present company.

Scrum master blueprint, other videos was my initial eye opener and later once I started attending the weekly calls and involving the real time break out room activities along with assignments made me a evolving scrum master. Thank you sapana for the great opportunity and being part of it.

The videos are crisp and loaded with information. Easy to understand. The way the practical sessions were handled and the role plays enacted gave me the confidence that I can be a SM too.

Am into QA and wanted to move to managerial role. I was little skeptical initially about taking up this decision but once the sessions are started , I felt I took a right decision. The practical sessions, the real scrum master interview experience will definitely give a good insight. Though there are many online sources available for scrum, it's always good to have a mentor like sapana who can tell us what is right and what is wrong with real time examples and always there to help and correct. Her sessions give you more exposure to real time scenarios, it is not like a trainer is only speaking and giving class !

I am a person who have QA background. I like to explore different areas in IT industry , so I have drifted my career to IT operations to get the bird view of organizational business.
Now I like to grow in leadership roles. For that more than just bookish knowledge and some certifications handy I believe mindset is very important. So I found that going to the career as scrum master will really help. I see Sapna as a great mentor to fulfil my goal :)
