Ordered mcqueen trainers

Ordered mcqueen trainers. Took a while to come. Emailed about the whereabouts of them. Was told they were being imported. When they did arrive they were perfect so Ordered a second pair that came quickly. Will definitely order from here again.

Nowadays, it's very hard to get a good customer support but surprisingly the they are very helpful and professional to deal with. They will assist you along the way until you receive your order. Their overall service is is great. You will not regret ordering to them!

please help me, I didn't receive my order passed a month ago

Hi, I passed an order on the 16th of January for a pair of Alexander McQueen sneakers, the delivery information at the time said 2 weeks which seemed reasonable. 2 weeks passed without receiving any update on my order. I tried to call customer service but the number on the website doesn't work, so I reached out to customer service by email, and they sent me the 29th of January a DHL tracking number that has just been created online after my request. It's been 2 weeks now and the tracking information has not changed at all, the status is still "order data transmitted electronically". Now, it's been a month since my order and nothing received, and no tracking information is available for the number they gave me.
