Sent a parcel back and have not received a refund,sent loads of emails to which they did not respond to and all my bank said was to telephone the company so that’s me out of pocket of £60, so I would definitely not recommend to purchase anything from this company

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Absolute scam , ordered 2 co ords on Dec 8th and paid €40 delivery , have called text emailed DM and no replies. They have deleted my comments off their Instagram account were other girls have said they also didn’t receive their orders. €140 of my money they have. Do not buy from these robbers

I simply cannot believe that the good reviews on here have been written by genuine customers! I would avoid buying anything from these people. My order arrived 3 weeks and many arguments later! The tracking number they gave me was a false one and they blamed the Royal Mail strikes for a 3 week delay! They sent the wrong sizes of shoes and the top most certainly did not look like the one I had ordered. Please beware of giving them your money.

Ordered 17 days ago … a large order too. No goods, no refund, 1 response to 5 messages. Which was also a lie. Parcel most definitely is not on the way 🤣 unless its coming from the other side of the world.
Avoid unless you want unnecessary hassle of claiming your money back from the bank. Waste of time and energy. I know there’s a cost of living crisis but scamming people is a bit much.

Pre ordered a co ord set, was delivered a few days later. Absolutely beautiful, good quality & fit.
Also messaged them previously about the fit & had a friendly prompt reply.
Would definitely order from Sase again!

I ordered 2 dresses which came promptly. However 3 weeks after returning as they were not suitable I'm still waiting for a refund. Really wish I had read reviews before ordering I've emailed...messaged and WhatsApped and noone responds. I will be reporting this to my card company and will be emailing the trading standards to look into this company.

I paid for a dress with fast postage (1-3 days) and have not received it 6 days later. I have emailed three times and had no communication.

Absolutely love this company so glad to have come across it on my Instagram- ordered A beautiful dress perfect for summer I paid extra for the dress to arrive within 3-5 working days and it came the following day so was really happy with the service- I was also contacted asking how the service was and if I was happy with the dress and I have nothing but good things to say and will definitely be ordering more when pay day comes. :)

Absolutely wonderful company, I ordered several pieces and were fantastic quality, l had to return one item and it was a breeze and refunded efficiently. My go to boutique.
