I ordered them with some trepidation. I’ve tried various nail applications. I am tough on my hands, washing dishes every day, cooking and cleaning. So many products I’ve tried never last. I got Sassy Saints and only applied them today for the first time. Easy application, good adhesion so far and they look wonderful. Fingers crossed they will bear the workout of my daily living. We shall see how it goes.

When you order you get automatically signed up for a subscription. I had no idea and they don’t make it obvious. They’ve automatically sent me my order & charged me for it 60 days later. It was also difficult to end the subscription- I would never recommend for this reason. BEWARE!

These are great colorful alternative to press on nails and do not damage your nails.

These are terrible 100% apparent refund guarantee... That's only for wraps you have already tried and used.. which you have to go round in circles for! ..to return the rest is at your own cost. They are so awful and even looking at all the pictures now I genuinely can't believe how people are saying these are good quality. They don't fit any nail.. they suggest they stretch but they don't. They edges if the nails can't be done clean.. just go to a salon or do at home gel. These are scam of a product.

The product is much harder to use than they try to make it sound across all social media advertising, and they expect you to pay shipping cost to return the products to the UK to access the supposed “no catch” money back guarantee. Waste of time and money.

Be Warned. This company is a scam! I also fell victim to the unknown subscription model. When I saw that my credit card was charged I immediately contacted customer service and then figured out how to cancel the subscription, which you have to do via their website. And they make it really long and difficult to cancel - you have to go through many screens where they try to convince you to keep the subscription. This is a SHADY business with HORRIBLE business practices, that should be shut down. And the nail wraps are terrible - they peel off after a day or two. DO NOT BUY! Oh - and customer service replied promptly but said they can't cancel the order because it was already shipped but that I can return it once received. But I shouldn't have to go to the hassle of returning something I did not even buy.

Loved the product and purchased stick on nail bundles twice now. I have been singing Sassy Saints praises to everyone that would listen. Telling people who asked about my nails to definitely buy from Sassy Saints. That was however until I woke up this morning to find a duplicate purchase has been completed, charged and shipped a month later without my knowledge. Why would I buy 5 pairs of exactly the same coloured nails a month later?! Turns out they’ve added a subscription onto my purchase. I have gone from being 100% fan of SS up until now. I HATE hidden and deceptive marketing that con the consumer. Things hidden in small print or a tiny little tick box that you would generally miss. Make it CLEAR to your consumers SS! This is just extra hassle, stress and expense I didn’t need and didn’t ask for. Sassy Saints you would have been a perfect brand, product and company without this naughty tactic!

But what I’m really annoyed with is the fact that around a week after my initial order £35 was debited from my account without my permission and the same 5 things were posted to me again !!!! Do beware it was not clear whatsoever this is what was being agreed upon and why on earth would I want so many within such a space of time! Cheaper to go to a nail salon !!

I've used their dip powders and nail wraps for two years on and off and liked the quality. However my latest order of gel wraps was turned into a subscription (as other reviews have said) without this being made clear.

They claim that they inform you at every step of the process that you are signing up for a subscription but I've just gone through the checkout process again (without purchasing) and it is absolutely not clear. The only two mentions of the subscription are in small letters in places where you would be unlikely to notice them. The email sent out in advance of the second payment is framed as a discount off your next order, meaning that unless you open and read the email carefully, you do not see that it is referencing a subscription service.

When I contacted them immediately to cancel, I was told it had already been processed and I would be charged for the second month regardless of my complaint. I have since told everyone I've recommended this brand to to never use them, contacted citizens advice, and will be cancelling my account once I have my money back.

The product is great, it is the subscription that is the problem. No prior warning that the next order is coming. Why would you want the same colours? I went in to my account & changed the frequency & colours but they still shipped & charged for the original order. Is this a scam? Send an email to your customers before shipping for transparency, don’t just take the money. I hadn’t even used all the first batch. Annoying! Sassy has now contacted me & refunded my order. Hopefully future orders from the subscription will be communicated before the order.

Avoid. Tried twice & the nails lasted 2 days the first time then less than a day second time. They start to lift & peel. To add insult to injury I received another set it seems I haven’t realised that it is a subscription- no delivery note to assist with returning or cancellation.

The wraps are easy to use and put on but do not last very long. The lasted about 32hrs before lifting at the edges of the nails. I even replaced the 2 that were lifting the most but alas they did not last.

2nd- they sign you up to a subscription (in very small font) which you may miss if you don't read everything carefully.

3rd- Their buy 2 get 3 free with 100 day guarantee is a scam. You get the deal but then they don't want you to have any free so they divide the price of 2 between 5 so if you try to get a refund on one, you will only get a 1/5 of your money back and they ask you to send the rest back for refund at YOUR OWN COST.

Avoid them. They're false advertising and provide bad customer service.

Easy instructions, fast delivery and good choice of colours

Look good when first applied but started to peel from the top after only a day. Applied 2 sets now and same issue each time despite following the video and hints re: prep/no oil/water etc and doing before bed. Really wanted them to work but looks like they're not suitable for me as not durable enough.

Was easy to order and find what products I wanted .Also really good videos on how to achieve lovely looking nails .

These are actually fun to apply, not stressful like other nail stuff. The gel wraps go on sooooo smoothly and I can take my time without worrying about smudging or messing up. Just wish slight better delivery.

Love that I can do them anytime without needing tools or equipment. I work crazy hours and never know when I'll have time for nail appointments. These wraps let me do my nails at midnight if I want to and they look great for days.

I watched the tutorials and have used other nail wraps previously so was really looking forward to using these. Delivery was also longer than expected 10 days. Following nail prep I applied the wrap the texture felt rubbery and not like anything I had ever tried before. I then went to sleep as it recommends you apply at night to let the adhesive set and in the morning they had lifted won’t buy again I now have 3 other sets good for the bin
