From ordering to fitting and satellite reception at present excellent

The installation of the Starlink system was smooth and all the logistical challenges were efficiently and quickly resolved. Darran the engineer couldn't have been more helpful- excellent service.

Great proactive communications from start to finish with the installation. Neat fitting job done. There was a faulty Starlink cable supplied, but on receipt of the new one, Statworks came back and fitted it and tested all working correctly. Excellent service.

Second time using Kyle of IT Fast (Berkshire WiFi) to do a Starlink installation. This time for our new build of 7 apartments that needed a basement WiFi system for EV chargers and gym rooms. Great service and communication from Kyle 10/10

Previously, I have been an EE customer for yearssss. (Satworks installation of Starlink-mid terrace house rural area, with very wide eaves.)

The fitter came up with a VERY neat workaround, quickly.

Prior to the visit, the fitter, called me to go over the installation which I found reassuring. So, rather than simply turning up on the day and there being problems etc, I kind of knew what to expect and was relatively prepared.

I would have no qualms recommending this company/fitter again. For sure

We live in S Devon, edge of rural village facing south. Lovely views; terrible mobile coverage hence this installation.

At time of installation, because of a lack of infrastructure, EE was offering approx 27mbs + for the same price of Starlink.

I wanted to record a massive thank you to Satworks for their recent instalment of my Starlink system in my static caravan. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Needed some planning on how best to install the dish and cabling. Stayed after installation was completed to show me how to use the Starlink app to align the dish to get best signal strength. I can’t thank the satworks installation team enough for making what I was expecting to be complicated and stressful, simple and yes, totally stress free.

Mitch was excellent. He listened to what I requested for the installation and carried out the work quickly quietly and no fuss and it was a very tidy job. He made sure everything was as it should be. Showed me what I needed to know and was generally very professional and courteous. Couldn’t fault the engineer or the installation.

Very happy with the service provided.
The Engineer arrived within the time period stated and started the search for a good installation point.
He worked hard for a couple of hours and long into the evening to complete the installation effectively and visually clean.

Installation engineer called a few days before with an earlier installation opportunity. Arrived when he said he would and the installation was done quickly and professionally despite the high winds.
