Turned up on time polite helpful in choosing the right location for the equipment. They had the job done in an hour clean tidy no mess and then explained how it all worked.

First class service from start to finish
First-class service from start to finish, excellent communication regarding the appointment. The engineer called to say when he would arrive and was exactly on time. The installation was perfect and the engineer supported me to understand the set up and installation. I could not recommend this company and their service highly enough.

Excellent Service – Highly Recommended!
Fantastic service from start to finish. The team were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, completing my Starlink installation to an excellent standard in under an hour.
They ensured everything was installed neatly and professionally, and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. I’m delighted with the finished installation and couldn’t be happier with the service.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!

Expert engineers!
The two engineers, Matt and Mark, were extremely professional and connected my Starlink with thorough knowledge of their product. The work was carried out very tidily and quickly and I can thoroughly recommend their service.
They located the optimum position for our Starlink panel without any trouble and fitted everything perfectly.
I would definitely recommend sat-works.

This was a truly great experience. The instsll was perfect and the two guys Ollie and Luke were great answering all our questions and the showed myself abd my wife and our home with the utmost respect. It was a pleasure to have them there

Terrible service
Terrible service. Told I had a date for installation then told this date had been given away and after many phone calls chasing them they gave me a date 9 days after I was booked in. It took over a week to sort the first date. I still have no WiFi. Starlink need to move to a different installation provider. Very frustrating experience.

Hi, I have looked at this account and from what I can see we received your installation request on the 6th October and today is the 9th of October. If there was any delay in booking the installation I can only apologise but that is out of our control. We have 14 days to complete the installation from receiving the order. I appreciate you may have been offered a date and that it was taken by another customer and for that I can only apologise. I can see that we tried to offer another date but you could only do a Monday or a Wednesday. Given how busy that we are with Starlink installations at the minute due to Starlink kits coming back in stock, we have been hit with thousands of installations needing to be completed all at once. I can see we did offer an appointment 9 days after because you needed a Wednesday and it was the first available but unfortunately you were on holiday that day. Please feel free to contact us on 01204 204304 and we can see if we can do anything.
Communications and Installation excellent
Communications were excellent and on the day of installation Jay arrived promptly and was very helpful and informative and we are very pleased with the installation.

Punctual and Friendly
Punctual, cheerful and respectful from the start and that continued throughout the trouble free installation, great advice was was provided by the installer throughout which ensured we were happy with the final result. We are looking forward to a continuous and consistent WiFi connection.

Starlink installation
The Starlink agent was friendly, helpful in explaining the logistics of the installation and competent in achieving it.
The only caveat is that I did not receive the email notifying the likely timing of the visit until after the installation had been completed.
Otherwise, top marks!
