Great company to deal with, appointment made , engineer arrived on time and with minimum fuss made the installation. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. The engineers attention to detail was remarkable.

Engineer arrived early, explained how the Starlink installation would be fitted, respected my property, and tidied up at the end. All done within an hour.
However, hours later several devices had issues with poor/weak signal. Starlink chatbot said i needed another node to be located on a different floor. I contacted the installer asking for his advice. He never responded so i purchased another node from Starlink direct and set it up myself. Disappointed that the installer didn't respond when asking for further advice or check all TV/PC devices were connected before leaving my home.

Completely satisfied with the service from start to finish.
The customer service team couldn't have been more helpful in arranging the installation quickly and the engineer was very conscientious in making the cabling neat and tidy to moving furniture and leaving everything clean and tidy.

The engineer Richard turned up on time, did the install quickly, explained everything clearly, helped me get online, answered all my questions, left the area clean and tidy before leaving. No problems and no hassle.

An excellent service from start to finish. This was a difficult installation in an old Georgian house that required a careful and sympathetic approach. Nothing seemed too much of a problem for the two Man team that installed the equipment.They were helpful, courteous and tidied up after them. A professional company that i would recomend.

It was a Saturday night and we were on edge as the light was starting to fade. There was no need to worry and Dean and Darryl got straight to it, and with speed and quality, plus good advice, we were up and running in no time. Great job Dean and Darryl 👍

We had our install yesterday and the experience was very good. The installer kept me informed regarding when the my would arrive and couldn’t be more helpful and considerate during the install. He went above and beyond with the setup and my parents (who’s house it was) were incredibly grateful.

Quick appointment. Gave a generic email with approximate time frame of 8pm -2pm, Eithan my engineer went a step further with a more specific message the day before informing between 10-12pm which i appreciated and meant I didn't need to wait around. Engineer Eithan was solid, not a jobs worth, friendly, and did a good job. Recommend Satworks happily based on my experience

Superb! Rang ahead to check we had our equipment. Was on time, and has saved me £500 a year by explaining that I didn't need the top subscription. Highly recommend.
