I ENGAGED SATCHELL MORAN WHO TOOK OWNERSHIP OF MY ISSUES.
THEY HAVE COMPLETED A SUCCESFUL COMPENSATION CLAIM ON MY BEHALF.
THIS WAS DONE EFFECTIVELY AND PROFESSIONALLY WAS ABSOLUTELY NO INCONVENIENCE TO ME.

I was very happy with the service I received from Adam and his team regarding my housing disrepair, always very helpful, friendly and easy to contact about any issues.
I now have nice new windows and just awaiting new front door to be fitted thanks to Adam and team which the Housing Association did not address.
I also received compensation which was a bonus.

Iv got mold drafty windows with mold been complaining for 15 years.. kitchen leak and collapsed unit and no hot water since October 25 ? Had all videos, photos council lied and this poor excuse of solicitor said there's not enough evidence.. me thinks either paid off or just couldn't be arsed. Avoid this company waste of time i really thought I'd get my hot water back at least still not repaired 28/01/26. Im dealing with this through environmental health and yes it's council fault that's why iv taken further action. This review is true .but no evidence you said so im not removing this review.

Threatening somone is a criminal offence. If you are saying I was threatening to two females I encoueage you to report this to the police, promptly. After all, ya'll are suppossed to be a bunch of "solicitors." Are ya'll that incompetent and powerless?! Responding to my review with dishonesty and playing the victim is truly pathetic, desperate and cowardly.
Run, run, as fast as you can, stay away from the umprofessional Satchell Moran. They mishandled my case, closed my file without justification and did not act on my side.I am left utterly disillusioned by from Satchell Moran Solicitors. I am an unfortunate victim of their unprofesionalism. The questionable letter they purpprtedly issued to the police on my behalf appeared AI generated. In the end Satchell Moran sided with the police against me, their own client.

Very helpful in guiding me through the process of a claim for wrongful arrest against the police and a professional service and advice.

Excellent customer service. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, they put me at ease when times were quite stressful, with no pressure at all. They have supported me all the way through my legal claim right until the end when it was all completed. I would highly recommend.

Supportive and helpful team. I would definitely recommend Satchell Moran to anyone who is unfortunate enough to need to pursue action against the Police. Mr. Daniel Knowles became involved following my first contact with the firm in relation to Wrongful Arrest. Daniel was helpful, clear and understanding and responded quickly to communications. He was able to explain the process clearly in his communications, and his advice was also clear. He was able to secure compensation of around £3700 from the Police. He was responsive to any emails I sent him with questions. I am grateful for his help and service during a difficult time.

Update:

Satchell Moran Solicitors responded to my review by “encouraging” me to “get in touch directly” but this was not genuine, only a scam on their part because When I got in touch directly they ignored my call. I then received a highly prejudicial email on 21 Jan 2026 from one of their solicitors, Keya King, stating that my file was closed despite the fact that my file had already been closed since 28th Nov 2026, and never re-opened. In addition, the email contained “further advice” regarding my case which was oozing with retribution and bad faith because of my review about my bad experience with Satchell Moran. Such arrogant, dishonest, unethical acts are precisely what lead to this and so many bad reviews not only from clients but also ex employees. It is vindictive and disgraceful that they would respond to reviews by “encouraging” people to “get in touch directly” but when you do they ignore you and then email you with unsolicited and highly prejudicial advice about your case in a desperate, vengeful and futile attempt to taunt and provoke. So when they generally respond by saying either to get in touch or that they don’t know the client, this is only a theatrical display. Such unprofessional and unethical conduct doubtlessly warrants adjudication by the Solicitor Regulatory Authority. In addition, I am extremely concerned that Satchell Moran may be using an active army of trolls to persistently post positive reviews in order to bury the unrelenting avalanche of negative reviews left by real clients.

Satchell Moran Solicitors treated me like a meal ticket. They were unresponsive, unprofessional and difficult to deal with. They took my case at no win no fee and soon after started delaying the process and made decisions without my consent. After dealing with Satchell Moran I no longer have any faith or trust in solicitors or the legal system. You’ll be well advised to keep away from them even if they offer to represent you for free! Just look at all the negative reviews.
