This is one of the worst online visa application experiences I have ever had. The embassy’s website application system is extremely poor and completely unhelpful.

I applied for a tourist visa online, paid the required fee, and the only status update I received was “sent to the embassy.” There was no explanation of what that means, no timeline, no guidance, and no way to get proper support. It feels like once the payment is made, applicants are left with no information and no assistance.

The website is not user-friendly, the process is unnecessarily complicated, and there is no clear communication at any stage. If tourist visas are not being properly processed, then the online tourist visa system should be closed instead of taking people’s money and leaving them waiting without answers.

This online system is very unprofessional and poorly managed. An embassy website should reflect respect, organization, and transparency, especially since it represents a Muslim country and its values. Unfortunately, based on my experience, the system seems to work only for certain applicants, while others are ignored.

Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Don't apply for saudi eVisa on ksavisa.sa. Few people do get their eVisa immediately but for few including me, it never came through.
Instead Visa On Arrival is very convenient. As long as you have USA or UK or Schengen Visa, you can easily get VoA without any issues or questionning. Trust me, it's risk-free and fully non-intimidating. I got my VoA within couple of minutes at the immigration counter in Riyadh

Dont apply evisa , even official websites are scamming , i suggest always go for on arrival otherwise you’ll end up with 85£.
I applied evisa on ksa website and after submitting application ‘within second’ it saying not approved and money wasted.

Applied for a visit visa, which was supposed to take 72 hours max, a few days before my trip and paid extra for expedited processing that was supposed to take 24 hours.
Visa arrived after the start of my trip and i had to pay again for a visa at the airport. When i requested that they cancel the onlinr visa application and give me a refund, they simply found one reason out another for why they couldnt. Waste of money, unmet services, absolutely avoid and just get the visa at the airport instead

When you apply for Saudi visa you also mandatory pay for insurance part of visa process (from UK), but when you go and claim for valid medical bills the insurance Company will not pay any amount and gives silly reasons for rejection, please don't depend on any Saudi Insurance and chasing them is just waste of time.

I applied Evisa with agent, it took a long process and costed twice more when apply directly on Saudi on line E visa. Received visa within 24 hours. Be careful, when apply with agents on line, a full refund is not given.

The passport information page does not move forward to next step.

I applied to e-visa at KSAVISA for the conference and setup the company in KSA. In April. I bought business class tickets and hotel accomodation. After 5 month I still wait the visa!!! 5 month!!! Tickets and hotel burned. My assistant wrote more than 20 support tickets - nobody answered. Worst service. THe y are not ready to be a part of tech economy

I applied for visa and paid the sum of £85 but the visa got refused and I only got £4.66 back as refund..
