I HAD A FOODGASM!!! There were no need to add anything to it...such as soy sauce, hot sauce etc etc etc...

Save a lot store in Springfield Massachusetts. Every food market I shop at allows me to bring my own grocery bags. Save a lot place required me to leave my grocery bags. Security would not allow me to shop unless I left my bags behind. This never happened here before and no other grocery store has thus policy. Listen, if they have been robbed before, punish the thieves, not the honest buyers. Never shopping here again. Poor quality perishable food anyway. I will shop at Price Rite, Stop and Shop, Big Y and Walmart and never again at Save a Lot. Convenience stores have better quality and customer service than Save a Lot. Would rather spend more money on convenience stores for the better quality of products and customer service. Save a Lot, don't bother trying to address my complaint. You just lost a customer. Would give 0 star review, but the review system is not able to give 0 star review.

I wanted to Save-A-Lot yesterday on Mount Ephraim avenue trying to buy me a turkey to Turkey did not have a price tag on it the manager went back there and got a price tag off of another turkey was so disrespectful he's going to say well I should have got the one that says $34 go tell me how to spend my money I will never shop at save a lot again

Been sold rancid food multiple times. Last time when I tried to return it, they tried to charge me for the frozen rancid meat I just walked in with. Then they accused me of starting trouble by returning their rancid meat. After embarrassing and humiliating me like that, I announced to the store that they sell rancid food and left. The manager followed me to my car. I told them to get away and not speak to me after how they treated me, and he told me to "s*** his d***." So yeah, this is what happens at this store. They will embarrass you after robbing you, then follow you outside to make vulgar insults. I found out the owner is in that store and he "doesn't like to be contacted," so clearly this is how they want their store run.

I used to go to this store 3-4 times a week. They won't get a single penny from me ever again. I hope the manager there finds someone to fulfill his needs.

Be aware they respond to negativ reviews that get past Google's filters with a FAKE LINK. If you go to the link they provide, it says "These stores are privately owned" and doesn't allow you to fill in a complaint. So the owners here reply to complaints deliberately telling people to use a form that they know won't actually work. If you send your complaint from the proper website, Save-a-Lot Tri State, it will go through and the owner will ignore it.

The name Sav-a-Lot is a lie!! I'm still like what?? I stopped in a Sav a lot to pick up a 6 mini raisin box pkg. I usually shop at Aldi. Save a Lot has Pickwell Farm raisins for $2.29. Where Aldi California raisins are only $1.59 for 6 mini box pkg. That 70 cents more. The name Sav a Lot is a lie!

Just a comment. I can honestly say I go into Save-A-Lot when I need one or two items that's about it. I am usually the only customer in the store. Not sure how they survive. Central Florida goldenrod area. Nearby one closed already, I can't see how they pay their bills. Best wishes

I shop the Save-A-Lot on memorial boulevard here in Lakeland Florida the folks are always nice there at the store is clean and you can really save a lot compared to the other stores it's always a good experience to shop there.

I shopped there all the time but the last 2 weeks they have upped their prices to ridiculous prices. I went to Walmart and Meijer and there prices on their meat were cheaper when it comes to snacks Walmart wins again. This store is suppose to save you money but sadly I have found they no longer do. It's 😡

I love Save A Lot the staff at Lehigh and Trenton Ave are great Chantel and Stephanie are so helpful .Very very pleasant to shop there ! I am always pleased every time I shop there! Store number is #60134

Yesterday my husband went to Sav a lot on White Creek in Cedar Springs, Mi. We spend a lot of money there. They told my husband he was "banned" from the store. Here is why;

Dave (husband) waited a while for the woman in front of him to check out in order to buy his milk and bread and hamburger. When it was his turn at the checkout the register locked up (or something) My husband then asked if they could just use a different register as there are many, and he had to get get to work (2nd shift)

The assistant manager, (Days) Blew up at him and screamed;.
"i can't just go POOF and make everything work, as he threw up his arms and spit in my husbands face, when the word "poof" came out. My husband left without getting the groceries.

Now i know people and businesses are nuts and afraid of Covid 19. Everyone acts weird. So if that what this assistant managers problem, why would he risk my husbands health and spit at him? Now, i am very high risk for complications due to Covid. I don't know what we are going to do if that saliva from that manager at Sav a Lot brings Corona Virus to my family.

I love shopping at this store for groceries! It's smaller like Aldi, and their prices are wonderful! The quality of food is good as well! The store has some name brand foods, and have some of their own as well. They accept coupons, and they also have wonderful sales! I will shop at Save-a-lot again! I recommend this to everyone!
