I ordered a hoodie for my daughter's birthday. She used THEIR size chart - the hoodie was too big. I ordered early so I would receive it on time for her birthday. I was 3 days past their "14 day policy" so they would not exchange the hoodie. I explained that she had used their size chart so I feel it is their error. They wouldn't budge. I contacted them (through the ridiculous "claims" email several times explaining what happened. Now I'm out $60. Will never buy again.

THE WORST! Shipping is painfully slow, item arrived damaged, contacted company, sent photos and requested a refund, as this was a gift and the recipient's birthday was long past. Received an email saying they would process a refund, then a few minutes later saying they do not offer refunds, only replacements. Three times they asked for photos of the damaged item. ZERO Customer Service - all I got were "canned" responses - a legitimate company would have a phone number where a customer could speak with a person who actually cared. Given up, my credit card company is handling the dispute on my behalf. BE WARNED!

Ok I was always wary about purchasing items though social media sites but then I spotted the Halloween Cat shirt and I wanted it. Order the tank top instead of the sweat shirt. I ordered this item August long and I just received it today and its October. I get covid but come on thats a bit ridiculous!
Now that I have my hands on the item here is what I have to say. Material is crap, print is faded and not centered on the body like in the pictures. However this item is still cute and possibly wearable, just not worth the money in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and support your local shirt printers.

Good quality material but very poor printing. If you get a dark colour you will not be able to see the text printed on it

Great hoodie. Design was as described and evenly aligned. So many great options to choose from, I’m gonna go broke from ordering! Lol the hoodies came within 2 weeks and save the animals did an awesome job keeping real time updates on the shipment. I’ll order again for sure. Maybe in the future, they can have an incentive program for frequent customers

Yes, it took two weeks to get the item--we're in a pandemic, people need to calm down and understand not everyone is Amazon.

Amazing customer service. Accidentally got wrong size and asked if they could help. Replacement was confirmed within an hour, no questions asked.

Ignore the naysayers spoiled by immediate gratification, or the cheapskates who think every human error means free discounts.

I love the Tshirts that I ordered. The shirt itself was of very good quality and the print on each one was perfect. I can't praise you enough. Thank you very much.

Shopping takes a little while but is worth the wait. I love my masks and get compliments on them all the time!

Made an order after 32 days and several attempts for update a 10% disount was given which was less than shipping cost. because my package has never sent. Not delayed in delivery but never sent. When asked for an exact date "soon" was the response. Dont waste your time its not worth it.

Ordered a mask on April 12, 2020. it is now 6-25-20 and still no mask. I did finally get a refund and the current order status processing since 4-12-20 & 5-6-20.

I did buy from this site late 1019/early 2019 and was very happy with the turn around time two/3 weeks and I live down in NZ. I was very happy with quality as well. However I did believe the garments where manufactured in the US it makes no difference to me as you get good and bad everywhere. I am still where my sweatshirt the one with the rainbow German shepherd it goes in the was twice a week. It has only just started getting a bit of pulling.
During COVID 19 you would expect delivery to be at least two to three times longer as customs in each country ultimately holds it up. My preference would be for them to shipped from China as the states definitely doesn’t have the pandemic under control. It’s a shame to see so many negative reviews as I would like to order although after reading them I wonder if it’s actually about the product I will have to consider weather I now want to go ahead with another order

One star is too high. I have three orders that were placed in April and no sign of them yet and it is mid June. They were very quick to take my money, but that is where everything ends. Beware of this company.

When every other company I have ordered from during the pandemic has been able to send their product within a reasonable amount of time, and here we are 30 days later and no hoodies have been shipped. Makes me believe that this is either a scam or a really HORRIBLY run business. SPARE YOURSELF YOUR MONEY AND GRIEF!

If I could give no stars it would be too much. I also suspect the "rave" reviews were written by them. My 68 dollar mask order took so long to arrive I was told a 30% "refund" would be put on my PP account. Really? Well it didn't happen anyway so I guess they are true to their no refund policy. Before the items were sent to be printed I wanted to know from where. I was told (Lied to) that all their merchandise is US made. They stalled in responding so my order would not qualify for cancellation. Truth is, the items were coming from China! I ordered in early April....received two days ago.(6/5). I will not open them as they have come from China, home of the Chinese virus. I brought this to their attention and was ASSURED the company meets quality standards...like I believe that, right? Nope. This is not a good company to do business with. I, too wish I had read the reviews before ordering. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I also will explore other avenues for recourse for a refund. I asked them to which address I should return the unopened package....same response as you guys got...no refund, etc. and please contact us we are happy to help. SCAM. S. Moon
