It looks as though our Contact Us page had decided to be a bit less helpful than intended, which is not handy, is it!. I have now given it a proper tidy-up, and it should be working nicely again.
Please do get in touch so I can help sort out whatever happened with your order. I did try to look into it, but without an order number, name, or email address to match against, it was rather tricky to work out which order was yours.
For future reference, you should also have received an order confirmation email when you placed your order. If anything ever goes a bit wonky, you can reply directly to that email as well.
Either way, please visit the contact page again and I will get it all sorted.
