This was our 5th or 6th trip with Savile Row, Louise, as ever, tailored the journey to us with fantastic hotels, transfers, guides and flights - knowing everything is taken care of ( even things we don't know we'll need ) leaves us able to enjoy the experience fully ( and that should we need any assistance it's always there ). Already thinking of our next adventure

This was our second holiday handled by Lowri. She is very responsive, quick to understand what we like, finds excellent places in line with that and the whole system is very smooth, including an app which is great for reference during the trip.
We asked a minor question shortly before we were due to fly and Lowri came back with a rapid response, even though she was on holiday herself at the time. It's that sort of dedication that makes Savile Row our 'go to agent'

Some years ago, Savile Row organised an outstanding 2 month world tour for us which went without mishap and was exceptional value. Recently our holiday was cancelled 2. days before departure . In desperation, we contacted Savile asking if they could organise something last minute. They worked tirelessly and 4 working days later we flew to Cairo to start our bespoke holiday in Egypt. Well done team

Savile Row Travel provide a tailored travel service with a personal touch.

Puglia is flaky with logistics , it would have saved me a lot of almost daily emailing and worry if we had had the telephone number and name of every driver and tour operator in the itinerary . The company that hired the drivers was completely useless. In future I recommend that Hotel Dune is contacted in advance and arrange the local drivers through them, particularly for Brindisi airport.
The Italians are all charming and we got there in the end, but some of it was a hassle.
Thank you Lowri for managing our flights, the assistance for Nigel worked really well. My flight out was perfect, unfortunately the return on 19 C was not quite so comfortable! I have a card from the Tuk Tuk driver who has his own company, and he is considerably cheaper than the other company! So you might like to contact him in the future, Tuk Tuks are essential in Madere.
We had a gorgeous time on the beach, sunny and warm sea. Our last three days were cold and wet ,a bit like the UK! So our clothing was a bit thin for this. Worth warning your future clients that October can change. Alas, Italy is no longer cheap, probably due to our being in tourist spots, this is the downside of not having one's own transport.
We had some great fish and a lovely time so thank you Savile Row Travel!

This was our first "tailored" holiday and won't be the last. We gave Savile Row an outline of what we were looking for and our preferred dates. The hotel they selected in Vico Equense was excellent, far better then being in the centre of Sorrento. The flight times were convenient, the holiday dates were exactly what we were looking for and the airport transfers worked smoothly. All in all an excellent experience.

The team at Savile Row created a tailor-made 10-night itinerary to Puglia with not much of a brief from us and it didn't disappoint. From start to finish, the service was just brilliant and this extended to the trip itself where transfers to and from two different airports and three different hotels were utterley seamless, including the app which kept us on track and updated. Special mention to Louise who managed the request of an additional traveller which meant a change in hotels, with only 4 weeks to go. She did this with patience and enthusiasm! 💚 Savile Row was recommended to me by a friend who loves to travel and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! Louise did an amazing job finding flights in the height of the summer at a reasonable price along with a hire car. We had some problems trying to reserve seats and Louise and the team stepped in and resolved our issue quickly! Savile Row always do a fabulous job and can’t recommend them enough.

I came to Savile Row in April with the impossible task of putting together a safari and beach trip to Kenya for July to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. Louise was absolutely brilliant and within 4 days had not only put together a fab itinerary but had also secured safari lodges we had requested (but that were fully booked with huge waitlists!). Her knowledgeable advice, calm nature and kindness meant everyone in our party of 6 (10yrs-79yrs) had the most wonderful, stress free and memorable trip which ran seamlessly from start to finish. Savile Row Travel made our USA trip an amazing experience! Louise looks after every detail and their mobile app keeps all travel documents in one place so easy to find everything. We have just returned from a musical trip to Nashville, St. Louis (for a family wedding), Graceland - Memphis, Natchez, Pensacola Beach and New Orleans! Highlights of our trip Frisky Mermaid Dolphin Tours in Pensacola - fabulous and we saw so many dolphins up close I would recommend the 6 people boat! Jazz Dinner Cruise on the Natchez Paddle steamer on the Mississippi in New Orleans - awesome! Thank you so much for giving us a trip of a lifetime!

Louise from Savile Row Travel organised our whole month holiday to Costa Rica. We booked late, so it was a challenge for her to put together the itinerary that we wanted as short notice. I wish to convey my thanks to Alison at Savile Row Travel for the superb organisation of our private trip for four to the magnificent Iguazu Falls (Argentinian side). Everything went according to plan helped by excellent communication from Alison. A guide met us at the port in Buenos Aries, when we arrived on the elegant Queen Victoria cruise liner and took us to the airport nearby. She made sure we were checked in and saw us to the departure gates. Another guide welcomed us at Iguazu Airport and we travelled to the Falls in a very smart people carrier. Our guide was excellent and helped us on our way around the different beauty spots without difficulty, including two open train journeys. It was such a privilege to witness such extraordinary beauty and the power of nature. Knowing you are being looked after so well by experienced guides and a reliable travel agent was a huge bonus.
