Expensive 'training' rates
Day rate for showing people how to use equipment was high compared to training providers supplying similar offering. Communication was poor. Upfront payment process was seamless.

Resposta da SAWS UK LTD
Dear Mark,
Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you felt the need to leave a 1 star review despite not being present during the training session.
Our Bandsaw Health & Safety training is priced in line with industry standards, and the feedback from all participants on the day was very positive. Arek delivered the course with professionalism and engagement, and we are proud of the quality of training we provide.
That said, I fully acknowledge that clear and timely communication is essential. We will aim to ensure that all future bookings include a clearly defined start time.
As reflected in the many 5-star reviews we receive, we take pride in delivering the highest level of service, and we remain committed to continuous improvement.
Kind regards,
Alex Stukalov-Stone
