Dear Chris Maddock,
Thank you for your overall satisfaction with our service. With the delay in your delivery, Parcelforce usually offers next day delivery, however, it is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, it took 3 working days for them to deliver your order.
We are very sorry about that.
We hope to offer you a 5- star service in the future.
Kind Regards,
Chris.

Asked if they had any alternatives Bandsaws, that they had in stock.
Found they had just the bandsaw we wanted.
Asked questions about it.

Unfortunately, we are currently 2 staff down in the office and bank payments have not been reconciled. We pride ourselves with next day delivery and top customer service. Our Trustpilot reviews confirm this.
I personally apologise for this delay. Your blades were made up and picked up by Parcel Force this afternoon(08/02/24). Delivery will be tomorrow.
Many Thanks
