The members of the team, Abbie and Brayden, helped me thoroughly by answering any questions that I had and giving me constructive feedbacks on my process or work.

Everyone at the support dept has been truly helpful, I ask a question and they are really great at getting a zoom call and know what there doing. Hanna really helped me get the copy I needed for my site and was giving me great suggestions to improve the site.

I was getting continuous loop problem trying to get my website email linked up with Google today. Vincenza knows the tricks! Oh and very lovely about it too... no judginess. Thank you so much Vincenza, you rock!

Clearly a scam, and also some highly questionable practices that might be illegal.

Hannah is knowledgeable and reassuring. A sweet girl! Since my website is far from what it should be, I was worried I had to rush through the whole website-building process in 45 minutes but I'm glad she said I could book another zoom meeting to continue.

Lachie and Lucas have created a really comprehensive course, combined it with both 1:1 mentorship and a support group. Basically if you follow the course, utilise the support it’s impossible to fail.

One of my pet peeves is online coaches who don’t actually have real world experience in the thing that they do coaching for - this could not be further from the truth with Scale Smarr. They also run a very successful agency and have current, real world experience.

Not only that - they are probably the most ethical and genuine people I’ve come across in the agency/digital marketing space, and that’s saying something. It’s become a very creepy space, and I’ve happily referred clients to their agency (for services I don’t do), and will continue to do so.

The value is there, in fact they could charge a LOT more for what they do. Like anything though? You get out of it what you put in. But these guys cut through the BS and overwhelm and make it sooo much more doable to get up and running and making money. As a solo mum 3 kids, one with a disability, I need to 80/20 my time and resources in every aspect of my life and these guys have been indispensable in helping me do that (figuring out the 20% of actions that get 80% of the results).

I’ve paid for a lot of online courses and coaching and this has been my best investment to date.

I joined the program with the goal of being successful from the jump. The actual content of the course is incredible. Lachie is super passionate and it resonates with you when you start. Lucas is the EXPERT on all of the business side and delivery for the service. Really goes in depth in the course modules. The ongoing support calls that you get are what makes this stand out compared to other courses that don't really work with you 1 on 1. Really helps with your specific progress and you get unlimited calls from the support team who are all amazing.

My advice is that if you're not really that serious about building a successful business, then don't buy into the program. It's pricey and you will need to work a LOT and you'll just waste your time and money if you don't. But if you are serious then this is the best program that I've been through and if you commit then you will absolutely see the result that you want.

Use the course to learn but be proactive and get out of your comfort zone every day otherwise you won't be successful with it.

Initially, I wasn't so happy due to some things that were said about the course but wasn't actually offered. However, after some chats they rectified the issue and cared about my investment and helping me get the most out of it. Since then I've been confident to charge higher prices for my services whilst getting great support by their team. Lucas is fantastic for feedback and guidance and his no nonsense approach resonates with me. I'm grateful to have crossed paths with him, he's a great mentor that's been around the block. I'm excited about the future and being guided by Lucas to scale even further. If you're just starting or established in digital marketing make the leap and reach out to these guys. It's been invaluable.

I've worked with Lucas for over a year and here's everything you have to know. The way he structures his course and breaks down the information is incredibly simple. To this day, I've never encountered another mentor who can match this level of expertise. There's always some important piece missing if you buy other courses, so they can upsell you stuff on the side. However, Lucas always find a way to not get students to pay a single cent and do stuff for free as he's a very understandable mentor.

Einstein once said if you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough. On the top of that, we get the most kindest supportive women's as our success coach to answer all our questions.

We had a different community where we used to generate lead for his agency and get commission on retainer basis. I didn't get much results although I put some hours. So I was kind of being rude with his team because I didn't get the results I was looking for.

I shared my concern with him personally...he's a sweet heart and very innocent. He didn't take any of my words to heart and I really really felt bad for behaving that way. So he helped me start my own agency. My goal wasn't to get into rich quick scheme stuff but actually build my skill, so overtime I learned my flaws in lead generation & built up on that. Now I neither blame Lucas or his team but actually take responsibility and accountability.

You can get a client or book some appointments here or there, but you goal has to be around people like Lucas to get feedback, improve and make it happen in the long term so you can build a very sustainable skill and business. Just having Lucas and his team on your side is so reassuring that you feel there's no failure in this..

I'm not sure how people fall for this junk, it's so obvious it's a scam. Seen it 1000 times on youtube ad.

What made my experience great is the support I have with my mentor Leo and the course is very easy to follow and understandable.

Going into this I was a little sceptical but thought very highly of the outcome I could have if I consistently put the work in. Although I am still pretty early into this process, I believe this program will definitely help me become successful. However, I can whole heartedly say I would not be able to have this mindset or determination to thrive in this space if it wasn’t for my personal coach Leo. He is an absolute top bloke who genuinely cares about me and who wants to see me succeed. His feedback is consistently helping me improve in every aspect of my journey, and he has genuinely made me a lot more confident going into this and will be responsible for my success. On top of all that, Leo is a genuine guy who I can have a laugh with while also learning new things. I look forward to his calls every week! Overall, I feel like my life is changing for the better since i’ve been in this program and I can’t wait to see some serious results in the near future :)

The course is very comprehensive and easy to follow and the mentoring calls are a great add on to the experience ensuring that the learning is achieved.

The team and support staff are very helpful at guiding you through all the information. They provide you with all the tools, instructional videos and scripts required to get started. You never feel alone.

With all the scams out there I was a little nervous at first, but after signing up I have been very impressed. All the support is authentic and timely and you have it on tap! They genuinely want us to succeed and pass on all their learning from wins and failures which creates a psychologically safe environment to give it a good go. They don't make any false promises, you get what you work for and its not a get rich quick scheme. It's all about scaling incrementally and growing as a marketer as you go. Highly recommend this if you are willing to put in the effort. Thanks Lachie and Lucas for creating this opportunity for others.

The program they have produced is first class and very well laid out. Additionally, Scale Smart provide terrific follow up service and support for everyone once you have started, which provides a high level of confidence in the program they have produced.
In short, they put their money where their mouth is and back up with great service. Highly recommended!
