Initially was very excited to be approached by Rafael at SYP to increase conversions on my fashion e-commerce website. After months of back and forth, trial ads, and zero conversions, Rafael had one of his employees zoom call me to end our working relationship. The person who called me explained that there was a problem with my pixel which did not allow SYP to properly track the activity on my website. When I asked follow up questions about the pixel, the employee told me that she was not an expert, Rafael was. I asked if he could get on a call in the following days and was told yes, just to receive an email afterward saying he would never be available to talk and that it was best to terminate immediately. Ultimately, a terrible ending to what seemed like a legitimate service. For all the other comments about wonderful experiences with SYP, I had a terrible experience, with not even so much as an explanatory call from the manager. I would not recommend working with this company. They did not fully refund me the 800 euro service fee and they produced 0 revenue for my website.
