Great product of excellent customer experience.
Great product of high quality - We have had other similar products in the past but this one simply outrange the other products and delivery time was super fast. Furthermore, when we had a problem with our product after some months of use, they responded quickly and just sent us a new product.
I wouldn't hesitate buying another product at their shop.

quick shipment to Germany, useful gadget
Easy and quick shipment to Germany.
Works well on wet sprayed shirts and pants, though not on freshly washed pants (the heat isn't strong enough to dry, even after 20min).
The blowing itself is not very loud, but the peep of the buttons is surprisingly loud.
All in all, useful gadget.

Does a great job
After a very negative start, I was conned by a fake website, then found out I had to pay a custom charge of £45 for import, non of it Scanovus fault, we voted to leave the EU, I have been pleasantly surprised.
I think this does an excellent job.
Recommend, this as a decent ironing replacement for anyone who can’t be bothered, or isn’t capable of doing it themselves, like me, it is more than good , it is great, love it 🤩

Produktet jeg ikke vidste jeg manglede
Det Automatiske Strygejern 2.0, produktet jeg ikke vidste jeg manglede og som har givet mig ekstra tid i hverdagen.
Jeg fik det automatiske strygejern i julegave og var egentlig lidt mistroisk om det kunne stryge mine skjorter lige så godt som jeg selv gjorde. Ret hurtigt blev min mistro gjort til skamme. Jeg troede at skjorterne skulle stryges lige efter vask men det var slet ikke nødvendigt for med en vandforstøver kunne jeg fugte skjorterne så de fremstod lige så vel strøget som hvis jeg havde brugt et strygejern.
Jeg kan ikke huske hvornår jeg sidste har strøget en skjorte og det bedste er at nu min søn på 17 år er selv begyndt at bruge det automatiske strygejern og det er bare nemt og hurtigt at sætte op og tage ned.

Minimal Results and Expensive Return Process
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
Despite following the instructions carefully and testing the product multiple times, the results were minimal and almost imperceptible. The product did not meet its description or advertised performance, and therefore did not meet my expectations.
Customer service was polite but inflexible. Although the return was accepted under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, I was required to cover international return shipping costs, which were significant. This makes the guarantee feel less customer-friendly in practice.
Overall, I would recommend potential buyers to carefully consider the return costs, especially when ordering from abroad.

First of all, we are of course sorry to hear that this was your experience. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have.
Based on our communication, there were indications that something in the setup or process may not have been done correctly. When customers experience less than optimal results, we can almost always quickly identify what went wrong and help resolve it. We did offer to assist you with this and asked for a photo of the setup so our product team could review it, but unfortunately we never received one. Without that information, we were not able to identify what adjustment might have helped you achieve the expected results. Helping customers get the best possible outcome with the product is something we take very seriously.
We do appreciate that you mention our customer service was polite. However, we are somewhat surprised by the statement that it was inflexible, as we actually tried to be as accommodating as possible in your case.
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is clearly outlined on our website, product page, and in our policies. The purpose of this guarantee is to allow customers to try the product at home and return it if they are not satisfied. Under this policy, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, while we refund 100% of the product price even if the product has been used. This policy goes significantly beyond what is legally required and is designed to allow customers to try the product risk-free at home.
In your specific case, we can also see that your original shipping costs were refunded. This is not part of the guarantee policy, but was done as a gesture of goodwill to make the return process easier for you.
For these reasons, we believe we handled the situation as fairly and flexibly as possible. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will continue working hard to provide both excellent products and service to our customers!

We are incredibly happy with the machine. Both me and my husband wear a lot of shirts, blazers and suits so just popping them on a machine for 10 minutes makes our lives so much easier. It irons it perfectly every time, no matter the fabric or the size. 10/10 definitely reccomended to our friends and work colleagues 😁

This is the best product I have bought in many years, beats all steamers that broken och been changed because it's not doing its job probably. We call him Mr Iron in our house and me and my sons LOVE and ADORE him. We own a restaurant and are dressed in black linnen shirts every day, which made me iron like 15-20 shirts a week. Now I can just dress Mr Iron and do my other shores for 10 min while he irons our shirts to perfektion. I love the arms with no strong folds on them anymore. I love everything about it and I recommend everyone I know to buy one for a simpler life without all ironing in the future. Now my question for you is... how are you going to solve sheets and duvet covers 🤣 Thank you so much for inventing this absolutely best product of the year and thank you for having a first class support when my first Mr Iron lost the heat function, I had a new one in 2 days.... absolutely amazing! 🙏🏻

Good product, need more information by the user guide book.
Nice machine but if I had more of the heavy Clips can the experience be better. The deliver time was great, the assemblage is really easy. But the guide user book can be better, explaining in English how to make the clothes fit in it. I’ve discovered my self but still looking for guidance on the other Clips ( not the heavy ones). Give a good review because it really do the job of it’s the right tissue. More for shirts and blouses, less for trowsers ,cardigans and jackets.
