Unexpected charge, no refund
I was charged unexpectedly even after already paying for my first order. The last item I received was a compensation product, so this new charge made no sense.
Support refused to refund and only canceled the subscription afterward. Very disappointing experience. Not transparent billing.

Scentbird, please refund my money or else I'm going to the press and will file a lawsuit. Others are having the same problems. The website is very confusing and the cancellation process is absurd. You all keep sending AI responses. I want to talk with someone.

I happened to check on my product
I happened to check on my product. I used another address and once I receive the product, then I wanted to cancel. Then I went to the reviews and I discovered what I was not hoping for. I got scamed. Took nosey off card and received no product.

This is a great idea and the selection is a great variety of scents. Just wished it was cheaper than Ulta. I can get the scents there too for the same price. It is my first time trying Scentbird. Planning on canceling the subscription.
