The structure of the webinar was great yet I had to leave early and watch the recording. Although I had issues looking back at it, I couldn’t pause the video or skip forward, it could be an issue with the website but I hope that gets fixed. Thanks

Easy to apply and find scholarships. I applied many scholarships and finally won one! It was exciting and made all the applications worth it as every bit helps. The process to accept was easy and the money was in my account in about 5 days!

It's a scam. They'll bait you with a free trial. Even if you cancel the free trial, they'll upgrade you to a premium subscription and per their policy, their first transaction is non refundable. It's a clear dark design pattern meant to get the first $29 payment from unsuspecting users.

SCAM charged $48 for a quarterly plan I didn’t sign up for, I set up a profile for an account but there was NO information saying I was signing up for a reoccurring charge! When trying to reverse the charge online there were so many pop ups and diversions, this is wrong and unethical on so many levels. BEWARE! There have been 5 complaints on BBB this month alone and they aren’t even registered!

Fast and courteous help on cancellation of my account

We accidentally created two accounts and they were able to cancel them and refund us as needed. We hope the scholarships available will be useful to our daughter.

I had a problem and I emailed the contact information that was listed on scholarship owl’s page and they emailed me quickly back. She was able to fix my problem and provide a solution promptly!

I love how they send me emails on a regular basis with scholarshps that are directly catered to me, ones that I am eligible for. Once I was contacted that I won a scholarship, the whole process of accepting my scholarship was so easy, timely, and efficient. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have no idea how they got by debit card information, but I was charged $50 for no reason without my knowledge. Looking back, they sent one cryptic email that mentioned the trial at the end. I would not have engaged with this sketchy company if I'd known they'd take my money like this. Especially deceptive for them to charge quarterly for an allegedly "$15/mo" service.

EDIT: They did refund my money, only after trying to low-ball me with a 50% refund.

I really love the simplicity of ScholarshipOwl. One thing I disliked is how slow it seems to recieve the scholarship money. I was extremely surprised when I heard that I won scholarship money. I still went through the extra steps after being notified that I have won. But still gave not receievd any money.

They claim that everyone "wins" a scholarship after 27 applications and it's all bullS*IT!! My son has submitted over 75 applications and been awarded NOTHING!! It's a SCAM!!
