I needed an urgent personalised order so I called the customer service department and let them know, the same day the issue was resolved and I got my items earlier than the stated date and perfectly done.

Good afternoon, I am very sorry to hear you have not received your order. We have checked our tracking with Royal Mail and they have confirmed your order was lost. We will of course reprint and resend your order for you straight away. Please be aware if you had contacted us to let us know your order had not arrived one of our wonderful customer service team would have been able to rectify this for you weeks ago. I very much hope you enjoy your stickers when they arrive.

Good afternoon, I can confirm your order is being dispatched today as per our standard 5 working day turn around, it is not late. I have upgraded your order to be sent out via a next day courier to ensure you receive it tomorrow. If we are made aware an order is urgent we will always do everything we can to get an order out quicker.

Our customer service team are always available to update you on your order if you had tried to contact us.

It also asks you to contact our customer service team if you would instead like your order sent out straight away. Unfortunately no one contacted us to request this or indeed to chase a dispatch date.
