LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES SCIENSUS A DISSERVICE

Nursing staff are great - friendly, understanding and compassionate. Unfortunately, the 'customer service' admin side is not so, even the 'patient advocacy service' is not so.

Like others I would give zero stars if…

Like others I would give zero stars if possible. The app is absolutely terrible as with the entire service, if you can call it that... They really shouldn't have NHS contracts that they cannot or will not fulfil. Absolutely appalling company!!!!!!

Typical Private Healthcare Company

I phoned Sciensus on 24/02/26 because the method of taking my medication has changed from a syringe to a pen. I've never used a pen before, so I called to ask them to send me a link to a training video so that I could familiarise myself with how to use the pen. I was told that someone would be contacting me, but today is 27/02/26 and I'm still waiting. I tried phoning again, but surprise, surprise... I can't get through on their call centre. I was going to give 1 star but I gave 2 because at least their delivery drivers are competent. This is just so typical of the kind of service provided by private healthcare companies.

We understand that being given a new device without knowing when the appropriate training will take place can be worrying and frustrating. Guidance is essential to ensure patients feel confident and safe using their treatment, and we regret that this could not be arranged immediately when you contacted us.
We understand that training has now been booked for you, so that you will be able to take your dose at the appropriate time. Waiting for needles

Waiting for needles, said only can have them delivered on a Tuesday or a Friday as someone needs to be in to SIGN for them, rang to check as haven't had tracking through to be told that they send out royal mail 2nd class so won't be here, told them could be left with a neighbour, even though it has to be us who signs for it, basically no help whatsoever, will have yo go through this every single time we need more needles.

The driver came on time yes

The driver came on time, kept me updated on he’s whereabouts.
Gave 4 stars because he didn’t explain about how to restore the medication. I could have been a new patient and left it on a table until I was ready to read the prescription detailing to keep in fridge once received
