I Didn't have a good experience with this company,
1. They didn't say I need to get a 2pin to 3pin converter plug.
2. 3 of the bolts for the seat base clamp was dethreaded and have done nothing about it.
3. It took them 4 weeks to send me a video to show me how to tighten the handle bars because each side twist.
4. The response time is awful it took them about a week to respond and it was a very blunt email.

I won't be using this company again!

I bought the Dark Knight model scooter back in October 2021 (It's now Jan 2022). I have had the scooter for 4 months. The scooter is incredible. It is rugged, practically fully waterproof in all weather conditions. Durable. Lasts a long time (30 miles of range on a full charge easily) It's also very fast at 31mph, you really feel the wind rush into your face at that speed and can just about go on public roads and filter through traffic easily enough. (though be careful)
Overall I would easily recommend this scooter and this company to others. They are responsive, polite, convenient, they delivered my scooter for me personally, the same day I ordered it (same hour actually) and helped me install it. The installation was really easy, only took 5 minutes. It takes no more than 5 or 6 hours to fully charge the scooter. They wont take your money and run, they seem to care about your customer experience. They provided an amazing product to me, it's revolutionized my mobility and that's why I'm leaving a positive review. If you're thinking about buying a scooter, do it, and go with ScooteUK.

I recently bought their Dark Knight scooter and it was exactly how I imagined it. It has made it soooo much easier for me to get around. Would highly recommend.

Had to wait over 7 days for somebody to tell me that the stuff I ordered and paid was out of stock and had to wait 5 more days to get a refund and didn't get the item I originally ordered...so wasted over 12 days and was back to square one! Not happy

What an absolute machine 😍 had the dark night for a day now and it's absolutely the best investment I've made this year. Could not believe the speed of this thing. I now have an alternative for a car and a motorcycle. What a great money saver this is. Would definitely recommend this spec. It has great light and has very good security system and two keys. Felt like I had a car but even better.

I've bought the Black Knight from Scoote because they support their products and that's essential in the world of e-scooters. I was made aware that Brexit/COVID was causing problems with imports and was frankly expecting it to take another week or so. But no, it came today, PERSONALLY DELIVERED! Couldn't believe it! Got a call and a text earlier in the day and we even unboxed it together to make sure I was one happy bunny! And the Dark Knight sure is a doozy. Screams quality - it even has an alarm!

So, yeah, a 5 star product but SIX star service.

Was a bit wary at first because of negative reviews here. But customer support was brilliant in reducing my worries and kept in contact throughout. I recieved my order of scugoo folding electric scooter. I was made aware delivery was not as fast at present due to covid and brexit restrictions. And as soon as delivery started I was able to track its journey. Very pleased about ordering from scooteuk. It's a shame that the negative reviews here. I am pleased with my order thank you.

Thought id update but police stole my scooter, November 2021 apparently illegal even though mine was more of a mobility model with a seat. Only had it 3 months but clocked up 371 miles. Police are worst thieves and criminal in the UK. The wrong ppl are in jail.

Great service fixed and fitted a new rear fender very quickly and easily

Whilst tracking had some delays with how it updated through apps, which would be down to the apps themselves, scooteuk where fairly quick to respond and give any information they could that would help.

Only thing that was bad was having to charge it out of the box (almost), had enough in it to give it a little go 😅

Very helpful customer service even though my order was late but they were there all the way from the start to the end didn’t even ignore one single my email when I asked for an update and very happy for the product so still an 5 star from me ps: people have to understand during this difficult time and we are no longer in Euro anymore everything can be different just my own opinion

Ain’t received my scooter yet ordered on the 7th of June. (They said it was a notice on their site saying it’s a delay in delivery of the scooters ( there wasn’t a notice on the site when I bought the scooter). it’s now a week later they said they waiting on the scooter to be cleared. How can u sell a product, take peoples money and not even have the item to deliver. 0stars

Great service from the team at Scoote they have done everything in such a quick and efficient manor the after sales have also been great, I would not hesitate to use them again!

Totally regret using this company! So unprofessional... 8 days went past after me purchasing a scooter online so I emailed scoote to see what was happening and all I got was ‘ waiting on our restock ‘... they didn’t give any dates... try and call the main office and they NEVER answer or return calls... the only good thing is I got my money back when I asked for it even though I didn’t think I was going to... do yourselves a favour and don’t order from here
