1. They took $2100 for two papers which is way above market rates
2. They turned around first transcript of papers after one month. Papers were poorly written, with no formatting and multiple grammatical errors
3. When I started asking them when they are returning the revised transcript, they responded let me check with the team and come back and never came back
4. Then I put a review on Trustpilot and then they sent a second transcript of one paper. It was poorly written with grammatical errors and wrong references
5. Frustrated I uploaded second review on Trustpilot. Their legal team threatened me that they will start a defamation case against me and scared me to withdraw my review from Trustpilot.
6. I again sent mails on 07th April,12th April,13th April and 17th April asking for references for all quoted text. I asked them for 15 references and on 18th April they provided me with just one reference
7. Their website claims they will reimburse 100% of money if we are not satisfied with quality but they are not willing to release a single penny
This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any firm. They derailed my entire application form by over 3 months and are still not willing to reimburse me in full.

I have been trying to contact them for the last three weeks and they just read the messages and ignore me!! I want a refund! You already wasted my time I need my money back!!

I’m also worried about my financial security. My bank recently contacted me about suspicious activity related to a new beneficiary. It’s alarming that they can reach out to Trustpilot for information and accusing me for a defamation but won’t reply to my emails or WhatsApp messages. It seems like they’re doing everything possible to erase any signs of their unprofessional behavior online!

**Trustpilot, you have a responsibility! If it weren't for your platform, I would never have hired this company! Now you've removed my review, claiming it’s defamatory. This is my genuine experience with them, and I've provided all the necessary information while they continue to ignore me. Yet, they have time to respond to you, and you took their accusations seriously enough to take down my review, allowing them to mislead more customers. I'm truly disappointed with Trustpilot; it’s not the same as it was three years ago!
