Ordered two shirts, they refunded me one a few days later saying it was sold out. Yet I checked online and it was there. I told them this and they said “order it again” - clearly looking for the double shipping fees.

Not only the 12€ delivery fee, there was a nice 22€ hidden fee to collect it from my post office. Again they said it is a sales tax not associated to them.

So overall a jersey costing 50€ ended up costing 80€.

This site is a scam with awful customer service. There’s far better alternatives out there.

Sent the wrong shirt, No response to emails, zero customer service.

Ive not had a problem with my delivery so dont get put off by all the bad reviews order on sunday night received thursday no issues with it and the top is great love the retro football tops will order again in the future

I ordered two shirts, one shirt was refunded automatically last minute and the remaining shirt was delivered after two days rather than the next day delivery I paid £9.95 for. This then left me without sufficient time to find a replacement shirt.

I understand it was a busy period given the Euros, and therefore understand the delay and somewhat the automatic withdrawal of the shirt, even though I had paid for it and it was confirmed.

However, what is exceptionally appalling is the lack of customer service. Scoredraw do not have a number you can contact them on, and have not responded to the various emails I have sent, I have also tried reaching out to them through social media platforms and once again got no response.

Do not use.

Looks as though people are only leaving reviews for Score Draw when something hasn't gone right, but credit must be given where credit is due... I ordered an England shirt late on Tuesday night, got a dispatch email on Wednesday, it was delivered on Friday in time for the final on Sunday when England sadly got beaten by Italy. Bad luck boys, penalties are never fait...

I ordered an England shirt at 7.30am Friday morning and it delivered by 11am Saturday morning, the post man told me the company had paid extra to have it delivered on a Saturday. The shirt is amazing.

So I ordered an england shirt on 8/7/21 at 8pm, because everywhere has been sold out forever. I paid for next day delivery even though I knew I had to order before midday, I thought I'd try my luck.
Royal mail delivered my shirt 10/7/21.

I am absolutely buzzing right now, I thought that it wouldn't be here till monday because of times and days I ordered.
I also saw all the bad reviews on here after I ordered and my a*se fell through. I thought not only will my shirt not turn up but I'm thinking I've just sent some money on a little holiday to another account until they decide to refund me.

Not the case at all, score draw have done me good and delivered on what they said they would.

Also I have had 8 emails confirming the order, royal mail receiving the shirt, planned day of delivery, tracking information. So from my point of view theres not a bad word to be said.

Like some others, not sure where these bad reviews are coming from. Not sure if I was lucky, or if just bad experiences are being reviewed. 2 shirts ordered late Sunday night, order processed Monday and arrived no issues Wednesday. I was informed about my order every step of the way and can't fault the company or product.

Disgraceful company! Ordered an England shirt, 3 days later I got an email saying 'your refund has been confirmed'. Never asked for a refund and no explanation why. Won't return emails either. Avoid!

Would have happily given 5 stars review because love the shirt that arrived, but when you send out an email saying you have ‘confirmed my refund’ and then don’t respond when emailed in to say I didn’t want or ask for a refund, I then feel compelled to rate my experience low. An email to say something on the lines of ‘Really sorry but because of extraordinary demand, we cannot fulfil all of your order’ would have done. Just a bit of honesty and communication would have been much better than just refunding and make the assertion that I actually wanted this refund. Just a bit of care for your customers could see your business fly, it’s a shame.

Ordered a Scotland retro top on Wednesday and it arrived on Saturday. Excellent quality. Would definitely use again

Terrible company no communication whatsoever

Like many others here I ordered a football shirt and received confirmation that payment had been accepted. No updates were provided on dispatch or arrival date. When queried, I received a response stating that they had cancelled the order and refunded me. No explanation as to why. I have reached for a response to this issue but it seems like I won't be getting a reply judging by others experiences here.

I can only assume product is out of stock and they are refunding only when customers are challenging the lack of order arrival. If that's the case, simply list items as out of stock on your site so we don't waste our time with you...

My son ordered a replica derby shirt. He had notification that it had been delivered. On checking our camera this was not the case. I contacted Score Draw, via Messenger, and got a swift reply. I’m very pleased to say that within 5 days a replacement shirt has just arrived. Thank you

I ordered a 1990 England shirt.
After looking at the review I thought I had messed up but it was a swift 4 day delivery and got to me no problems.
Maybe I was lucky

Very fast delivery, no issues at all

Ordered a shirt for Father's Day 9 days before. Had a confirmation email. Then heard nothing. Then received a refund email a few days ago. No explanation, no other communication. Very poor customer service, and one disappointed husband.

Surprise by all these complaints. Ordered my tops on Wednesday and arrived after 2 working days. The quality is amazing, the size is perfect. I would 100% purchase another item from the company again.

Bought a Scotland top for the England game didn’t arrive until after we were beat off Croatia and out the tournament. Tried to email the company, the website asks to type out a sum like 6 - 2 to prove you’re not a robot but it never actually works, so impossible to get in touch with them. I was planning on returning my top but it doesn’t have a returns label so you’re expected to pay delivery again to receive a refund. Wish I never bothered at this point.
