Item flimsy quality and did not fit. I measured carefully, but the size chart they provide did not correspond to the size delivered. They make it impossible to get a return authorization or refund. After weeks of emails, they offered to refund me $5 and let me keep the poor quality shirts that did not fit. They threaten that the cost of returning to China will make it prohibitive. Ultimately, they stopped communicating and I am stuck with three flimsy shirts that are too small for me. Do not buy anything from these scam artists.

I placed my order on October 29th. After over a month all I was getting from the company was a tracking # which told me my order was with the shipper, nothing further. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. Fortunately I ordered through PayPal and got a speedy refund. DO NOT order from this company!! I've learned my lesson - from now on I will check all reviews before placing an order with an unknown company online!!

Wish I could leave zero stars. Think worst case scenario "what I ordered vs what I got". They say their store is based in Washington, but it's just an another Temu or Shein. Wish I had dug deeper before ordering.

If i could rate this company a ZERO, I would. Do not buy anything from them. The material used for their dresses is thin t-shirt material. A large fits a small Chinese woman. Wouldn't take a return and would not reimburse unless I sent it back to China on my dime.
These guys are crooks!! Trust me.

Ordered a 2XL shirt. Looked nothing like the photo, and my 15 year old couldnt even put it on it was so small. Wanted me to pay shipping back to China for a return. Kept offering a larger refund each week, then offered full refund if I ended dispute with AMEX. This company is just some bullshit front in China that is in business for the sole purpose of ripping people off. It should be closed down by every available avenue, total front and scam.

I wish I could give them negative stars!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT do business with this company. Believe every numerous and negative review you see here below, and anywhere else you might find one. To summarize my experience: My order took weeks to arrive; the XL shirts I ordered were more like mediums; I found that their return process is basically impossible to comply with, so the best I got out of them is a 35% refund. I donated the poor-quality shirts, hopefully, someone will be able to use them.

The product I received was nothing like what was pictures on the website nor described! AVOID ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! They refused to allow me to return the product for a refund! Actually had the audacity to tell me to donate my purchase! Horrible company!!!!

Ordered a nice shirt from Scott & Parker in Washington, based on an Instagram ad. Turns out, it's actually a China scam site. What showed up was a shirt you might expect to find at a dollar store, it was marked as an XL but was so small, it barely fit my 10 year old. eMailed customer service, waited a week, no response. Disputed the charge with my bank, got a full refund in 24 hours, no one ever asked for the tiny shirt back. Avoid Scott & Parker and ads on Instagram in general, they all seem to be scams.

Add made the Smart Casual Polo shirt look great. Reality was different. Material was ok - not great. Sizing was way off. Ordered a LG and maybe got a Med. contacted company to get my money back and got a runaround and ended up taking their offer to order an XL for $12.50. It arrived and still sizing off - clearly not an XL. Gave up. Don’t order from them!

Scott and Parker is a stolen name of another company. The original Scott and Parker is a good, trustworthy Australian company.

Unfortunately a scam page stole their name and now uses it to sell chinese cr*p that has nothing to do with the real Scott and Parker. Because of this, the original Scott and Parker has had to rebrand and now goes under the name Finnscott.

Highly recommend the real company, so please check out Finnscott Australia! You can find them on Facebook and Instagram (where they've posted about the changes).

Please, don't order anything from the Scott and Parker that is seemingly located in Washington - it's a scam.

The company is a scam and a fraud. I eventually did receive the two polo pullover items I ordered. I normally wear a men's large but ordered X-large to be safe. The items were XL and grossy too small, of very poor jersey quality - nothing like the description or illustration. I then contacted the company via the one means available, email. I sought a refund in response to their "full cash back 30 day guarantee." The first email drew no response. The second drew an offer of two replacement items if I would contribute $20 toward the shipping charge. Many emails followed with time consuming, stupid negotiations, the problem being that the money back guarantee does not include free shipping back and when the company finally (after many requests) stated its return policy, it included the necessity of shipping back to Asia at current costs beginning at $24.95 and no refund being processed until the items were received and accepted on return. By that time I had read the reviews and had reason seriously to question whether I'd ever see a refund. So ultimately after many email exchanges I accepted a 50% refund with no need for return. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

These clothes are awful. They have no labels.. which is illegal. They want $12.50 to exchange,or they offered to have me donate it.

Unfortunately, I am not smart enought to order 1 item to try it and go from there. I ordered 7 shirts from Scott and Parker. The oringal order arrived, I normally wear 2XL shirts so ordered 2XL in this case and they barely fit over my head, barely came to my waist and could not lift my arms up. I was told i could swap them for another size, order 4XL and they finally arrived and still do not fit, barely larger than the 2XL.
So over $300 worth of shirts and still nothing i can wear. The quality is not the best but i wasnt expecting much for @ $45 per shirt but at least was hoping for something to wear around.

Scam company shipping wrong/poor product. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FACEBOOK WEBSITE. Same as all the rest of the reviewers with my experience. These types of businesses piss me off.

I’ve experienced every scenario written here on this site - unfortunately.
I gave up dealing with Madison. I contacted my bank gave them all the gory details. At this point the bank gave me a credit and will contact ScotandParker. I have no doubt my $49.99 will be returned back to me.
I would suggest to everyone they call their bank to help us bring down this scam artist.

I believe this company is a fraud using photos of clothes they have copied from other sites that look high quality and attractive but they have no intention of supplying. I ordered what appeared to be a very nice pullover shirt in 3XL and they sent what is probably a reject from a Chinese factory that took almost a month to deliver. The day I received it, it clearly was not the shirt in the picture and the length was disproportionate to the size, very short. I immediately reported it and asked for a refund since it was not the shirt that I ordered. They tried to tell me I needed to send it back to China at my expense to receive any kind of refund. They never offered a full refund and accepted no responsibility. I believe this is their fraudulent business plan all along. Since I couldn't get them to refund I contacted my credit card company and started a transaction dispute. I also closed the card out due to some of the information I received online about their abuse of information. I wish I would have done this search before I purchased. They advertised this on Facebook. My bad. Do not buy anything from this site and if you did call your credit card company immediately. I share the same opinions as many others on this Trustpilot site who have had the same experience. Spread the word.

I bought 2 shirts from them. They arrived undersized and extremely thin fabric, see through polyester blend. When trying to return them, they said I could keep them and they’d give me 10% off my next order. Do not order from them. This company is a scam.

Delivery was nearly a month delayed, tracking was nearly useless and the product delivered was clearly not the product advertised. The quality of the product was abysmal and looked more like a low quality factory reject! I will never do business with this company again & will not order any product from any company without fully checking them out. Their name seems to identify them as a quality well established clothier but the reality is that they are a scam with a quality facing website!
